Great swim diaper!
I had the size 1 and my daughter has almost grown out of it, so I ordered the size 2. It works just as well as I expected. It’s a great diaper, does its job without adding too much bulk. Also, the waist and leg holes don’t cut into her at all. They’re very soft. Great swim diaper!
So far i hate these cloth diapers. I have been using them for 2 days and do nothing but leak. Its positional… from compression…i use the correct detergent… my inserts are all very absorbant. And i spent $300 buyinga ton of these diapers!! I have tried using several different inserts…hemp+microfleece combo inthe pocket and out…bamboo in the pocket… hemp in the pocket. It doesnt matter they leak every time. It seems like the fleece lining is whats causing the leaking onto the clothing and outside diaper cover. Leaks during naps..leaks in the jumparoo..walker…while my daughter is crawling….out the top..back and legs! And the diaper is tight!! My daughter has chubby leg rolls and any tighter i will cut off circulation. Has anyobe else had this issue and found a solution? After spending $300 on these covers alone…i have go be commited to apple cheeks!! And by the way…i wish i would have bought all thirsties duo all in ones. Awesome awesome awesome. So soft…never leaks ..not even at night and i don’t need extra inserts, which there is a pocket for if i want one. Fit is great as well. Only thing is it is bulky but really no more than the appkecheek with a thick insert. Regrets!! And to think i actually tried out several brands before committing!
Poor snap placement, pricy
Not Impressed with the design of this diaper. The snap placement is not what you would expect and is strange. The inner layer of bamboo is this and you have to buy your inserts separately. What a joke. It leaks and I’m not getting more.
Listen to all reviews, THEY LEAK LIKE CRAZY.
The diaper is cute with nice colors. They also look good when my baby has them on but all of that is nothing when the diaper itself is useless. When other reviewers say it leaks, they don’t mean the sides get a little wet. What they mean is that the pee goes through the cover wether it be the front or the back side of it… Doesn’t matter. I have two applecheeks and they both leak the same. The inside cover has that plastic laminated lining so that the liquid stays in but for some reason, it still soaks through the front. If you’re going to spend money on cloth diapers, just use your money and get yourself a bumgenius, flips, grovia or even rumparooz. They’re better than this one. Same price.
It’s well made but wasn’t for us!
I actually love the way this fits on my son but it kept leaking. I was really hoping they would work! I ended up selling them and going with another.
So, I had high hopes for this diaper brand based on previous reviews from my mommy circle friends. I have to say I really like the colors they have and the ruffles are super cute. I also like how it does not leave marks on my baby’s thighs. HOWEVER- the design is awful. The slit for inserts is literally right in the middle of the diaper/ crotch area. Most have a slit in the front or the back which works great but this one is smack in the middle. You would not think it was such a big deal until your little one decides to poop in it and you are faced with the job of fetching the prefold out of the center of the diaper. It gets messy if you know what I mean…
