- Removable full bassinet
- Mobile with three adorable toys
- Flip away changing table
- One hand-locking mechanism
- Large wheels with brakes
The bottom pad is way too firm on this play yard. I would not feel comfortable letting my child nap in it without blankets (which violates safe sleeping guidelines). Otherwise, it’s a plank covered in plastic like fabric. When we bought our first yard, it was fairly padded and both my children were able to nap in it. I am not sure what else we can use this for? The top bassinet/changing table has no depth so rolling out would be a concern from day one. And the elephant mobile doesn’t snap into place easily (we still haven’t been able to get them on).Other than that, it’s easy to assemble. The colors are true to the picture. It’s fairly easy to take down and set up (new moms/dads may need some practice with this). Regardless, I’ll be looking to upgrade shortly.
SO PERFECT! Stays at Nana’s house.
Awesome quality and the extra’s are perfect for overnight stays with the babysitter. My baby loves it, we just put a soft blanket over the padding and that’s that. One thing with the mobile, usually my baby doesn’t care much about them but this one he wouldn’t stop staring at it and I got tired spinning it. Maybe a wind-up mobile wouldn’t hurt. Also it fits in small area’s. My favorite is the changing table. It is very quick to change your baby and put them back to sleep without moving them so much.
very happy with it
So far we are very happy with it. It seems well made and sturdy. It’s pretty heavy to lug around when it’s all packed away but when it’s up it’s easy to move being on wheels on one end. Glad I choose this one.
Have used many other brands and am pleased to have discovered this one
Baby #4 on the way and I have owned at least 4 other pack and plays or playpens in various brands. My mom and I went shopping for baby stuff and I was expecting to pick up a different one at Target. Saw this one, checked the reviews here on Amazon and went with this one. Difference: I have one that is pink and grey. This color scheme does not appear to be offered on Amazon. However, the other features are all identical. It went together very fast. I did also purchase a 3 inch foam pad to go inside this for comfort for baby. I would have done that with any brand play yard, though. Mobile was easy and is very cute. It seems very easy to clean and the changing table flips over out of the way which I really like.CON – Have to add that a stitch along one side of the changing table busted when I first put this together. Not enough to make me take the thing apart and take it back (I own a needle and thread…) but that was pretty disappointing.
Best Pack n Play!
This is the best pack n play. We LOVE the changer. We had a friend give us a baby trend one with a changer, and then we got a graco one off amazon because we wanted another one with a changer, and the graco one was TERRIBLE compared to the baby trend, so we sent it back and bought this one. The changer is a total BACK SAVER since you don’t have to bend over to change your baby in the pack n play. Also if the baby can’t hold it in while you’re changing them, you just easily wipe up the changer rather than changing the whole pack n play sheet and wiping down the mattress. Also, when they’re ready to nap in the pack n play the changer easily flips over. The best pack n play out there! We will definitely recommend this to expectant parents.
Read the instructions
We’ve used this model for five months, and consider it a quality product. It’s great for daily use, and our child plays in it regularly. Overall, I feel like the construction is good, however it is important to read the instructions when assembling it. It is easy to assemble as long as you have a good understanding of the order in which it must be assembled. We ran into problems with ours and had to replace it after a relative tried to assemble it after we collapsed it in order to travel. Since he was unfamiliar with the re-assembly instructions, he placed a lot of strain on the plastic in the corner and split it, leaving it dangerously weak. We replaced it with the same model because we were pleased with the first. When used properly, the play yard has never even hinted at such a problem. It collapses quickly, and re-assembles quickly. It is great for travel. It would be five stars if the bassinet was more firm. I never felt completely comfortable allowing our child to sleep in it at night when we traveled. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
