Read the fine print about car seats it fits.
This did not click my Chicco KeyFit 30 into place securely. Strapping a car seat into a stroller was not to my liking. The newer version MIGHT accept Chicco-I DO NOT KNOW.I got the Chicco car seat stroller/carrier and the car seat snaps into place and doesn’t move at all which makes me more comfortable.
Doesn’t work for Britax B-Safe car seat
I bought this because I thought I could use it with my Britax B-Safe. You can use it with that car seat but you have to use a screw driver and remove the side pieces. The problem is I also have BOB stroller that it attaches to and you need the side pieces to attach it to a BOB.
I am SO happy with this stroller. We have a big evenflo infant carrier that doesn’t fit anything except for this. It’ s nice not having to carry around a heavy carrier any longer. The wheels on this aren’t the best, but that’s the only problem I have with it.
Great lightweight stroller
This is a great lightweight stroller to use during the infant phase. It is very easy to open up (can do it one handed) and very easy to collapse. The basket is quite roomy and can fit a good size diaper bag along with other items. The steering is very nice and the stroller is easy to turn. We use a Chicco Keyfit. It does not snap in place, however it fits very snug and tight within the stroller frame.
Have to have this.
This is a life saver. I couldn’t live without this thing. It does the job, and is so attractive and functional, I get so many compliments.
The kids love it!
This was purchased to go with the car seat our kids purchased for their newborn. We got it specifically because they travel a lot and it has proven easy to travel with. They love it, and use it all the time – even around town.
Solid lightweight option for the PegPerego infant car seat
When we purchased our infant car seat, we looked only at ratings and not at “accessories.” We love our Bob Stroller with the car seat attachment, but let’s face it… that’s not exactly a portable or lightweight option. We love it for walking the trails near our house, but throwing into the trunk for running around town, well, not so much. After looking around online for something more travel friendly, this is our only option for a lightweight option for this car seat, which was kind of a bummer. I’m all about comparison shopping, but we need a stroller for an upcoming airplane trip so I bit the bullet and got this stroller ahead of time to get used to it.It’s really lightweight! Easy peasy to stash in the trunk and set up myself (very nice post c-section). While it doesn’t fold up quite like an umbrella stroller, it does fold fairly flat so I’m expecting this will be fairly easy to gate check at the airport. It handles well on city streets and for popping around town. The car seat sits in the seat’s “bucket,” and can then be strapped in for added security. The car seat sits pretty deeply in the “bucket” and does not move around much before being strapped in. The seat does settle a bit imperfectly into the bucket of the stroller – in that the baby is more on his back than he is when clicked into his car seat base – and it would be nice if the seat sat more like it does in the car. Ideally, the car seat would click into the stroller base, but it does work well for what it is (a universal base).
Adjust your expectations. Newsflash… it’s not as good as a full sized stroller.
The stroller is a great ‘mini stroller’. Is it as good as a full sized stroller.???.. not really. But it isn’t priced as a full sized stroller.I have a UB Mesa carseat and the only stroller it fits in is pretty heavy. I love my UB stroller, but it isnt practical for quick every day use. My baby is not on the small side so my carseat gets really heavy. I use this to help transport the carseat into restaurants, grocery store and quick trips when the stroller may be overkill. Also, when I travel I use it. It’s small, light weight and cheap enough that I’m not constantly worried about it like I would be when using my larger stroller.
All you need
This stroller is all you need for the first few months. Skip the expensive travel systems. Get this car seat carrier. Simple. Small. Easy. Quick. Nuf said. Then buy a jogging stroller…
Light and simple
I use this stroller everywhere! It is perfect for shopping and for walks around the block. I really get a lot of use out of it. However, my husband who is 6’2" has trouble because he has to reach so low for the handles. He is going to need a more substantial carriage.
