No leaks! Great Bag!!

Love love love this bag.. I have two of them that I alternate.. I haven’t had any leaks and it is a great fit for the trash can I use for my diapers.. Very happy with this bag! 🙂

great bag

I am using this to line a hamper bag to put dirty baby clothes in. I love that it has the PUL like wet bags. It works great. Just the first one I received was coming apart and fabric was tearing at the side seams near the top. Had to send back for a replacement. I wish they made them a little wider for lampers.

Wish we’d found this sooner

This diaper bag is a wonderful thing to have for cloth diaper users. We put one in a standard kitchen-size garbage can. The fact that it’s waterproof makes carrying the diapers to the washer much easier. Best of all is what is does for the smell. This bag resulted in a large decrease in urine stink. We are now regular uses and have several of these bags.Read the washing directions carefully, as the bag can be damaged if you wash it incorrectly.

Great bags.

We’ve been using these bags for 6 months and they’ve kept their water-proof-ness through 3 washes a week for that time. Excellant bags.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I found this through a link in a review for another bag, and boy am I glad I did! I just wanted a storage bag for cloth diapers that didn’t leak, could fit a large quantity of diapers and inserts, and had a drawstring closure. All the other options I saw were either too small or had so-so reviews , or weren’t easily washable. Enter the blueberry bag! This is made from the same PUL material as the Bum Genius 4.0 pocket diapers we use. The washing instructions say to wash in warm water, but I’ve washed it in a few cycles of hot/cold (because I throw the bag in the wash with the diapers) and it holds up well. I hang the bag on the clothes rack with the diaper covers, and everything dries together. It doesn’t take long for the bag to dry at all. Just make sure you empty out any remaining water into the washing machine. As this is made from the same leak-proof PUL material as the diapers, sometimes a little water gets trapped in there from the washing machine.Size wise, this bag is big. I’ve had 22 diapers and inserts in there at one time with PLENTY of room to spare. It maybe had filled up 3/4 of the way with the 22 diapers. But you don’t want to put much more in because the bag does get heavy to carry if the inserts are damp/wet.The drawstring is elastic, so it closes securely. The only drawback is that the toggle on the drawstring doesn’t slide very easily. It takes a little effort to close it, but that is a small price to pay, in my book, for an otherwise perfect storage option.I don’t own a diaper pail, but the bag seems like it would easily fit over a pail and serve as a liner. I just keep the diapers in there without a pail. I hang it on the hook behind the bathroom door, but as mentioned before, as the bag fills up, it gets too heavy to remain hanging, so I end up taking it off the hook. I haven’t had any issues with the smell of diapers. The drawstring, once closed, does a good job of containing any smells. That said, I do rinse the stool off the diapers, and rinse and wring out the inserts before putting them in there.I am very pleased with the bag. It performs very well and seems like it’ll hold up well through the multitude of washes it’ll go through.

Used 5 months and no complaints

I bought this bag five months ago to use in our diaper bin (we cloth diaper). This bag has held up well and is still in great condition — no issues with leaking, no tears, and no complaints. Fits in our Simple Human bin perfectly. We launder diapers twice a week, and we have two bags we rotate between, so this bag gets laundered once a week with the diapers. So far, so good. I also like that it has a drawstring — that’ll help make this bag handy for other uses once baby is out of diapers.
