Repositioning is recommended for all newborns; every baby is at risk for developing Flat Head Syndrome, plagiocephaly or torticollis. Because baby’s skulls are soft, yet heavy and necks are weak, infants are vulnerable to developing these conditions in the first few months of life. This is why, proper movement and deliberate repositioning of your infant from birth is one of the key’s to the healthy development of your baby. Tortle is a simple, comfortable beanie that is FDA cleared to help prevent and treat Flat Head Syndrome (plagiocephaly and torticollis). Early detection and correct use of Tortle will ensure the best long term results. To properly use the Tortle, you must pull the beanie down as far as possible so the crown of the head is fitted into the top of beanie and ears are covered. If beanie is covering baby’s eyebrows, you can fold the front of the beanie. Remember to let your Tortle grow with your baby and purchase the next Tortle size!
- 95% Cotton/5% Spandex
- Tortle helps to prevent and treat flat head syndrome. It does this by gently deflecting your baby’s head when she’s sitting or lying on the back of her head, to gently move her head from side to side. It’s a natural way to encourage healthy head and neck motion, without any of the suffocation risks of repositioning pillows or wedges.
- Sizes: Small (0-2 months/5-10 lbs.) Medium (2-4 months/10-15 lbs.) Large (4-6 months/15-20 lbs.)
- 95% cotton/5% spandex
- Machine Washable
- It is recommended that all newborns wear a TortleTM for the first six months of life to aid in repositioning baby’s head.
Got this for my son who is developing a flat spot behind his right ear from always wanting to look right when he sleeps (or is in his Fisher Price Rock & Play). It does seem to help keep him looking the other way but he’s strong enough that he can still get to looking right. Also, he is a very HOT baby and is always overheated so keeping a hat on him is a major challenge and I usually don’t even try since he’s hot to begin with. I think it’s a great idea and will probably save a lot of parents the worry over flat head syndrome, just isn’t the best for my son.
Latoya Rapelje, MT
This is a brilliant idea and works relatively well. My baby has torticollis and a flat spot. I use this overnight in the hopes of avoiding helmet therapy. Used with physical therapy, it does seem to be helping the torticollis. I generally wait until she is fast asleep and then quickly put it in. She’ll usually knock it off after about an hour, but I’m up every three for feedings and put it back on then. It works better than a rolled up towel.
Erin Cohocton, NY
Even though my baby was right in the middle of the weight & age sizes for the medium hat (3 months, 12 lbs), it was too small and kept sliding off. I think it would have worked well if it had fit. I’m going to have to order the next size up.

I was looking for a long-sleeved waterproof bib for my toddler-to-be, and I first purchasedBumkins Waterproof Sleeved Bib – Blue Fizz. They both have their pros and cons, but here’s the list for Kushies:PROS1. BPA-free, PVC-free, phthalates-free,
• (Bumkins is NOT lead-free, but only lead-
• )2. Easy to clean, especially on the lining (vs Bumkins’ lining stains and is regular cloth/cotton material and hard to clean)CONS1. Thinner material (almost feels disposable but it’s not)2. Velcro neck strap (doesn’t adjust to neck size of baby, not as resilient as a tie strap in terms of older babies pulling it off)Both have nice designs and work well as bibs. Like any other cloth/fabric-type bibs, the flimsy “catcher” at the bottom of these bibs doesn’t catch as nicely as hard plastic-type bibs but those stiffer bibs are also less comfortable. My baby seems comfortable in both Bumkins and Kushies sleeved bibs, although he tends to chew on the Bumkins one more whereas the thinner material (maybe the thinner material is actually a pro instead of con in this case?) allows the bib to fall against his body more and is less tempting than the thicker material of the Bumkins bib that sort of stays closer to his face/mouth.Overall though, Kushies gets my vote for lead-free, esp since my baby likes chewing on the Bumkins one. And the easier to clean is a big bonus for busy parents as well.

I couldn’t believe how much time I had to spend each day trying to get stains out of clothes. And with winter coming up, I wanted to get long sleeve bibs, which for some reason I haven’t seen in Babies R Us or any other store. Every bib I got seemed to have some issue, but I thought it might be helpful for others to see a comparison of the details:SIZEKushies – the smallest of the three bibs (sleeve – 11 inches from neck, width – 10 inches, length – 13 inches from neck).Ikea – sleeve (14 inches from neck, including a 1 inch fabric cuff), width (12 inches from one seam to another but another 8 inches that wrap around – yea!!), length (14 inches from neck)Bumpkins – sleeve (14.5 inches from neck), width (13.5 inches), length (12.5 from neck)Tidy Turtle – the largest (sleeve – 16 inches from neck, width – 14 inches, legth – 15 inches from neck)MATERIALKushies and Ikea are very thin, like umbrella material. Kusies folds down to nothing – great for a full diaper bag. Ikea folds a little thicker due to cloth cuffs and extra fabric.Tidy Turtle and Bumpkins are thicker and stiffer. Tidy Turtle has a visibly larger weave.CUFFSAll the sleeves have a 3-inch opening (in diameter).Kushies – no elastic cuff. Food may fall in and drip onto the baby’s arms/clothes.Ikea – 1 inch of soft spandex fabric. The cuff opening is just a little bit smaller than the other bibs.Bumpkins and Tidy Turtle – elastic sewn inside the bib material.NECK CLOSUREMy 20lb baby has a skinny neck. Unfortunately, all of the bibs are about the same size around the neck, regardless of what type of closure. Bumpkins ties together at the neck, and the others have velcro. Even they are supposed to be “adjustable” velcro, they are all about the same size opening on the smallest setting. With velcro, you also have to make sure you stick it together before washing. Otherwise, it will stick to and ruin your other clothes. Unfortunately, the Ikea bib has an extra long grippy part that cannot be covered, so you are sure to ruin some delicate clothes if you throw it in the wash without putting it in a separate lingerie bag or something. In general, all the long sleeve bibs seem too big for my my 1 year old and were too big around the neck area. Sometimes I use a clothes pin to make the neck opening smaller. Aside from that, I feel that Bumpkins and Ikea provide the best coverage without being too big. They are wide and long enough on the bottom and have an elastic cuff to keep Baby’s clothes clean. I like Ikea’s thinner material and spandex cuffs, but Bumpkins looks cuter (we love Cat in the Hat).

These work well, they protect my baby’s clothes. They are not perfect, some food does make its way through the arms and neck, but honestly, a bib should not be too tight to prevent that. One thing you should be aware of is that the dark colors leach like there is no tomorrow. I got a blue one and hand washed it in cold water before using it. The water was deep blue in no time. I returned it, baby will spill water and bring the bib to his mouth, I don’t need a lot of blue on him and his clothes!I do like them enough as to buy more and have them rotate through the day, though.

Drink-thingy additional cup-holder is available to snap onto either side of the Clek foonf convertible child seat. Dishwasher safe.
- Rigid latch forward facing installation-can properly install your child seat in seconds with peace of mind
- Like the crumple zone built into vehicles, the react safety system absorbs energy from a collision, significantly reducing the forces in frontal collision
- Optimal side impact head protection-metal substructure, 2 body layers of energy absorbing foam and EPP-protected adjustable headrest
- 3-across seating-best in class width of under 17″ at its widest point
- Extended rear-facing use up to 50pounds with steel anti-rebound bar-improves stability in a collision by limiting rotation of the child seat
After dropping that much dough on a carseat you would think it would come with a cup holder, but no. So you spend ANOTHER $25 and you get a poorly designed pain in the butt cup holder that a child younger than 2.5-3 won’t even be able to reach. The cup holder comes with two "adapters" one for the right side and one for the left side that clip into the rear-facing belt path. There are several problems, #1 when the seat is rear facing and installed using the seatbelt, the cup holder has to be on the side nearest the buckle, which means next to the door for outboard seats and you have to load the kid over the cup holder – bad design. #2 the adapters are REALLY FREAKING HARD to get back out. Like break-a-nail, swear, possibly sob trying to get the stupid thing out. And it is very narrow, so most sippy cups will fit, but definitely not all. And it is very hard to reach, my 3.5 yo can reach it, but its awkward. It is better than nothing and I’d buy it again because for as long as I plan to use this carseat, I need something, but it is a very frustrating purchase.

Definitely a must for kids and parents on the go. I love my Clek Foonf but wanted a cup holder so was thrilled when I found that you could buy this accessory.
Kitty Rosebud, SD
I wish there would be more accessories for the Foonf. But Im happy FINALLY the released these cup holders, they work and you can choose which side to install it.

The BOB Handlebar Console provides the stroller user with two watterbottle or drink holders along with a zippered storage compartment for keys, cell phones or other small items. Made from a Rip-stop Polyester, and attaching with four velcrow straps to any BOB single or double strollers. With all this convenience at your finger tips, strolling and running with your BOB will be that much more enjoyable.
- Easily and securely attaches with four Velcro straps
- Includes 2 water bottle holders plus a zippered storage compartment for pacifiers, cell phone, keys, etc.
- Made from “rip-stop polyester”
A handlebar console is kind of a necessary item for a jogging stroller, and I’m kind of appalled that a $500 stroller would come without one. For those who are transitioning from the single bob, know that this product is really the same as the single stoller handlebar console, with more fabric between the 2 cup holders and middle pocket. There is definitely unused space to add more storage capacity (although, as it is, the console tends to droop in the middle even when not full) – the design is truly “just okay”.Since most people will need a convenient place to put a water bottle and things like keys and a phone, and since I couldn’t find a generic or otherwise cheaper alternative to this, I do recommend buying this product if you have the double Bob. I just wish that it either came included with the stroller or was designed more effectively.
Linda Monticello, MN
You really do need to have this to get the most out of your double BOB, but I honestly believe it should come with the stroller instead of being sold separately. With that said, it’s very well made, as is everything I’ve bought from BOB. It holds almost every normal drink size and the pocket holds enough stuff to get you through your walk, run or trip out etc. It would be nice if the pocket was bigger and used more of the space that’s available since this is so much wider than a single BOB. However the pocket is only as big as the pocket on the single BOB. I guess that saves them some manufacturing cost, but then I’m back to wondering why I have to buy this separately and why it costs so darn much for a piece of fabric.
Marsha Bentonville, OH
The console is pretty much a necessity, regardless of use. It certainly is needed if you use your BOB for jogging. It has spots for two standard bottles and a small pouch. The pouch is terribly small and barely holds my garage door opener and phone (neither are that large). This makes no sense as there is plenty of room to accommodate a larger pouch without having to modify any other part of the console. The pouch is also lacking a watertight zipper, so you cannot carry the previously mentioned items in inclement weather. Oddly enough, the zipper is not watertight, but the fabric is, so water actually enters the pouch, but then cannot exit because there are not any drain holes. Not the best design if you ask me.Having two bottle holders is nice (I have to use one to hold my keys since they don’t fit in the super small pouch). However, they are for slim bottles only. Nalgene type bottles will not fit.Overall, this is a necessary item if you need to carry water, keys, phone, etc., but the design is frustratingly poor.

- Easy to use, fits all major brands and comes off in seconds
- Mesh fabric provides air flow, visibility and privacy
- Premium protector against potentially harmful insects including mosquito’s who may carry the Zika, West Nile or other illness causing virus
It’s horrible! It’s like a little mesh cage that suffocates your baby. It doesn’t do much for sun protection. It’s hard to get the baby in and out wiith it on. It lays too close to the baby and can suffocate them. Horrible!!!!
Cathleen Gloucester, VA
This is a must-have product. Folds up into a tiny pouch when not in use. Pops open instantly when ready to use.Smart design without any superfluous features. Easy access to child through zippered opening and stowaway sun/rain shade is sufficient. Some sun protection lacking on sides but can deal with it by pulling cover to side.Fits our Chicco Keyfit 30 infant seat perfectly. Overall a fantastic well-made product.
Amelia Stem, NC
while this is mostly advertised for rain and sun protection, I primarily use this for PEOPLE protection. strangers and friends seem to like sticking their hands in my baby’s carseat to touch him…and that’s a big no no for me during this horrible flu season. what finally got me to buy this after seeing my sister-in-law use it for a few months, was when the pastor of our church reached down to pet my baby after shaking hands with several hundred people. since we’ve gotten it, the touching has decreased significantly because people seem to get the subtle hint, though a few times a hand did sneak its way in. my husband, who actually doesnt care much if people touch our baby hands unwashed, likes it, too—but mainly because he thinks it looks cool. so in terms of appearance and function, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this product.

green sprouts Stay-dry construction keeps moisture from leaking through Bibs and Burp Pads to protect clothes from getting soiled.
- Cotton Terry
- Ultimate protection from drools & spit ups
- Waterproof protection for baby’s clothes
- Soft, absorbent terry
- Adjustable hook-&-loop closure for easy on & off
I was shocked when I read all of the 5 star reviews. These are horrible bibs. They are listed as waterproof, and is very far from the truth. Never have these kept moisture off of his clothing. We would have to double bib him, and even then, both would be drenched in a half hour or so. We will stick with our generic Target brand ones that absorb and wash great.
Lorraine La Vista, NE
My son has had bad reflux since birth. These bibs have been a great saver! They are a nice soft cotton, but still have enough waterproofing to them that the spit-up doesn’t soak through to his clothes. I also appreciate that they don’t have any design/embroidery on them, as it helps catch and absorb, where as the ones we received as gifts or with clothing sets haven’t worked. He is now drooling a lot and these have worked great for catching that, as well. They have stayed in great shape through 6 months of washing.
Faye Ohiopyle, PA
I bought this product based on the rave reviews and they were terrible! My 3-month old twins are not drooling yet, just using them for regular bottle feed and it soaks thru so quickly. Unless I got a batch of defected bibs, they really are no better than paper napkins…

We used to use an Eddie bauer thing that was somewhat bulky and attached to the seat belt straps. My husband hated putting her in the seat with that thing in. Since this new system, it’s not a problem getting her situated. And she fell asleep within minutes of me putting it in. That’s worth the price for one nap!
Beulah Cottage Hills, IL
I bought this to keep my son’s head from tipping forward while he slept in the car seat. It seemed to make him more comfortable and usually worked well.
Flossie New Russia, NY
This was a waste of money. I got it so that my daughters head would not fall forward while she was sleeping in her car seat but the part that goes behind her head is so bulky that it actually pushes her head forward. It also limits their head movement when they are awake, so I had to take it off anyway. It did not hug her head like it is shown in the picture. I think you would be better off with one of those small boppy like pillows they make for this same purpose and just put it under their chin when they fall asleep.

The UPPAbaby Vista Graco Car Seat Adapter works just as we expected. I used the car seat in the stroller base for the first 4 months of my son’s life. Easy to snap in and snap out. The base is sturdy and solid.

- Fits a wide range of chairs (both wide and tall), or use on lap for hands-free dining
- Eco-conscious – AZO dye, phthalate and formaldehyde-free; durable, machine washable fabric that’s easy to clean
- Lightweight and folds compactly into it’s own carry bag
I travel with the anywhere chair and use it on the plane, airports, restaurants and even at my family’s house. Any place that does not have a high chair or place for our 6 month old to sit (now 8 month old). People at the airport come up to me and ask me about this device. Small and compact and virtually fits any chair. I have even used it on the plane where an empty seat was available next to me. Our daughter is just learning to sit up without support, so on long plane rides she would trade between sitting up and laying in the empty chair. I would use the anywhere chair to strap her in so she could lay there and would not roll over (probably not intended to use this way, but I kept an eye on her). LOVE this product and recommend over all the others!
Kris Fairfield, IL
I recently used this on a trip to Fort Bliss, Texas. It worked great on the planes to allow for secure seating on my lap for my one-year-old son, as well as on a chair at the dinner table with mom and dad. The little pouch it comes with fits nicely in the diaper bag or in my purse, and makes traveling and dinning out more hassle-free. I would suggest this to anyone who plans to travel with a toddler or who likes to dine out with one and doesn’t want to worry about high chairs being available!
Jami Sussex, WI
Awesome portable high chair. I took my baby to Europe when he was about 10 months old and this was so nice to have since a lot of places didn’t have high chairs.

This product is so cute, I’m giving it as a baby shower present. Not really sure how well they work but they definitely are cute.
Joyce Ponce, PR
cheap and poor quality. I received the bibs and the stitching is already coming off (without even using/washing it). The backs are also made out of a cheap plastic, which i do not like. The sayings are cute but do not buy these bibs.

I didn’t realize just how many bibs I’d need for newborn twins. Especially if you want to keep from staining all those lovely baby clothes you collected. These worked out great.
