Beautiful Buy
I debated long and hard over this purchase, but there was no need for that! It’s very pretty, and we think it’s an excellent buy. We had no problem with the plastic pegs, and nothing was broken or scratched in the least on arrival. My husband got it together quickly. It’s more sturdy and more elegant than I expected, and the shelves are plywood, but it doesn’t show. We just set up the table, but we’re pretty sure it will be great.
Good match with the crib of the same maker
I bought the DaVinci Crib shown in the picture. After three days of searching for a nice changer, my wife and I decided to get the item. The conclusion is “Good buy, especially with the crip of the same manufacturer.”However, I have to mention two problems.First, it takes over 30 minutes, even longer than the time needed to assembly the crib!! The tiny holes were the important thing because it decided which horizontal bars would go in up or down position.Secondly, the upper panel used for changing is very fragile, so it comes with additional supporting parts(a metal frame and a belt-like supporter). With them, there will be no accident such as collasping while changing the diapers. But, someone may feel unstable and worried that the changer panel will break ONE DAY. I wish the manufacturer offer more sturdy panels. If it’s hard for the maker to supply three sturdy panels, it would be good only for the diaper changing one. And, when you try to assembly this item, take extra caution not to break the panels.
Decent changing table with one substandard design element
We have the crib from this same line, so decided to buy the matching changing table. Although we’re satisfied with this table overall, it has one design element–I’ll call it a flaw–which detracts from its design: The lower two shelves are 1/8″ masonite and sit their supports, instead of slotting into them. This gives those shelves a slightly flimsy and unfinished look, and detracts from an otherwise nice design. I’ll add a photo to the Amazon.com product listing to illustrate my point.
Fine and functional
Alright, but rickety. Needed repair early on. But it’s on its second baby so it’s not that bad. Screws are very obvious, too bad they didn’t just include some white plugs to cover the holes. I guess that comes with furniture in a different price range?
Quick shipping, Love the color, overall pleased
The item arrived in Manufacturer’s packaging, each piece was adequately wrapped, but one piece still arrived damaged. I was able to repair it, so i am still happy with the product. I put it together in about an hour, the instructions were terrible, but I was able to figure them out. Overall the product seems sturdy enough, and for the included changing pad that people have complained about not being able to find a cover for, I used a king sized pillow sham and it fit perfectly!
Vey Cheap material.
Not Sturdy at all. Quality it’s terrible. 2 of the shelfs are discolored, how can they sell something new and it look used. The design is beautiful, but I don’t think it’s going to be useful because the shelfs are thin as paper. Sorry I won’t buy this product ever again.
Sturdy enough
The changing table have a good size and is sturdy enough to hold my baby, since I was worry for my baby (who is already 22 pounds and very long). I hope he can use it at least for a year.
