broke during shipment
The headboard was broken upon arrival, and then amazon didnt have any left to do an even exchange. we returned it and ordered a different company. hopefully will have better luck, disappointed.
Pretty but gouged
The bed is beautiful but has scratches aand gouges on one side. Thank goodness is is the side facing the wall. If possible, buy in person…
Good bed for a good price.
This little toddler bed has a nice appealing style, it is not anything special, but it is nice especially for the price. As a lot of people said the slats do not look amazingly strong, but they hold up well for my 2 1/2 yr old. I figure I can just get a board to reinforce the slats as she grows bigger, and the bed should last her quite a while with that addition. Altogether for the price, this really is not a bad buy and amazon shipped it really fast for me as well.
Still have this
This was a great purchase and has held up well. My daughter is 2 and a half and still using this bed. It’s very cute and stylish.
worth the money
My 17 month old loves his bed he feels like a big boy in it he gets so excited for bed time just like the older kids, easy for him to get in and out of. I had a hard time putting it together but still a great bed.
Nice Toddler Bed
Easy to assemble. Simple design. My daughter loves it and from day 1 has had no issues sleeping in it. It comes with 2 side rails which is a plus. It is light weight and easy to move.
A bit tricky
My boyfriend put this together for my 18m old son. There were a few times he cursed, due to being frustrated, but it turned out nice! And free shipping!
Very Useful Toddler Bed, Cheaply made
I love the size, weight, color, and usefulness of this bed. However, it is cheaply made. Any dings make the finish chip. If you’re worried about that, get a bare color instead.
Ok value for money, but NOT easy to put together
I recognize that a toddler bed is not meant to be used for a long period of time, and so with that in mind, I purchased a cheaper bed (this one). It reflects that price difference. It is fairly flimsy and horrible to put together (okay, so you have to put together every little piece yourself, but it would be extremely helpful if they could label these pieces. We made a big mistake misidentifying a piece early on and had to take apart and redo the entire bed when we got to the LAST step). My toddler (22 month old) boy is fairly rough on things, so I am not sure how long this bed will last. Just while putting it together, the top rail of the headboard and one of the side boards got pretty scratched up (so you are seeing a white-ish wood through the espresso finish). Watch out for the pieces with the small holes for the side safety rails (that is what caught us). Would not recommend.
Good Toddler Bed — Good Price Too!
We received our toddler bed sooner than we expected. We did not have trouble with it being damaged in transport. My husband put it together in under an hour and did not have trouble like others were saying. So far it’s been a great bed and our daughter has loved being a “big girl”. I would recommend this bed for anyone looking for a quality bed at a reasonable price.
I like the quality and feel of this bed. It’s very easy to assemble, but only one negative thing was that one hole was not put in correctly and we couldn’t put in the screw. It doesn’t seem to really matter because the bed is very firm and sturdy.
Solid little bed — Perfect Pink
I’m very pleased with this little bed. The color pink is a perfect bubble gum pink. The only thing is that mine did not come with the middle leg as pictured–which is one of the reasons i picked this bed over others. However, I do not intend to sit on this bed anyway so it appears that it will hold the weight of my toddler just fine. One of the slats was cracked when received and I contacted the manufacturer, Dream on Me, Inc. and filled out their website contact form and requested a new slat–they didn’t respond but I received a package of 3 new slats in two weeks. It was very easy to put together, using bolts and barrel locks with the included allen key. It is very low to the ground, lower than our converted crib, and the rails are very long and feel very sturdy, not wobbly because they are put on with several bolts and barrel locks. I’d recommend this bed to anyone needing to move their toddler up that isnt ready for a twin bed.
great quality for the price!
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from this inexpensive bed frame, but we couldn’t decide if we should go straight to a twin bed, so we though we’d try this inexpensive toddler bed first.First, my kid loves it. At 18 months, she could easily get in and out of it, and was super excited to sleep in it.Although it definitely exceeds the weight limits, I’ve dozed off in it with her a few times, and it didn’t collapse as I assumed it would! It is in a lot of pieces, but the directions were clear and it was easy enough to assemble.
Got the espresso finish since it was the cheapest of all the color options. I found that the espresso finish of this toddler bed is more of a mahogany color. Espresso usually is so dark brown it is almost black & this is not that dark. But, still a nice color. Product was fairly simple to put together & seems to be very sturdy. My 3 year old loves it & her 6 year old cousin has even slept in it.
Works just fine
Was easy to put together. It looks great! Our 2 1/2 year old loves it! No complaints here! Lightweight to move around but sturdy.
Great toddler bed
Was not too hard to assemble (so my husband says) and is holding up well. Looks great! My son has been sleeping on this for about 2 months now and seems to not mind it at all.
Beautiful toddler bed
We love this bed. The quality is great. It’s very sturdy. We were able to put it together in a couple hours and haven’t had any issues with it. Great purchase.
Great bed for little ones
This is a grat toddler bed. It was easy to assemble and the price was great. We did a lot of comparrison shopping. Since my daughter, who is 2 1/2 wont be in this bed forever we didnt want to spend a great deal on it. The bed arrived on time. It took my sister and I, who are pretty handy, less than an hour to put together. There were no scratches ot dents in the wood and it is true to the picture. It matches her toyholder and she is so proud to have a “Big Girl Bed”. Seems very sturdy for what she needs as she is still under 30lbs, this should last her until she moves to a Twin size bed.
Worth every dollar spent! Easy to assemble! Bought this for my two year old and she loves her new bed!
Great transition bed
We bought this for our 19-month-old who is getting a brother in a few months and we needed her crib. I am 24 weeks pregnant and put this together by myself (with the “help” of my daughter) in about an hour & would have been able to do it even fast with another person. The supports do seem a little flimsy but we are going to get a piece of plywood cut to fit under the mattress to add a little more strength…but my husband has laid on this bed so it can take at least 160 pounds as long as you’re spread out (not that I’d recommend it for that!). I wish the rails were a bit longer; I had to go buy an additional bed rail to keep my daughter from falling out, but no biggie since it also helps keep her more contained (although she can still climb out).My only big complaint is that the footboard came severely cracked but since my husband already threw away the box, I can’t get Amazon to replace it. I plan on calling the manufacturer. I’d suggest throughly looking over everything before putting together. Otherwise, great bed for this transitional phase.
Bought this bed second choice, but my girl loves her bed. Makes her feel like a big girl. Takes her nap with no problem .
