Great Spoons – Be ware that Colors May Vary

The spoons are great, I just wish I had paid more attention to the disclaimer that the colors may vary. Know that the disclaimer means you could be getting pink spoons for your son.We kept the spoons as our son is comfortable in his manhood to use them, I just wish I had thought the spoons could be pink instead of thinking they could be green, yellow, blue, or purple even.

A favorite in our house!

Love these spoons. Best I’ve found for little hands. My 18 month old and 3 year old use these daily (and the forks, too) and we have never had an issue. Only ones I will buy : )

Nice spoon, but very wide for a small mouth

The handle on this spoon is very nice, it seems to fit well in my 13 month old son’s small hand and be easy to hold. The bowl of the spoon is very wide, but he doesn’t seem to mind shoving it into his mouth! We’ve been washing them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher with the other silverware for several months and they seem to hold up fine.

Spoon part a bit big

We love the Graduates forks but for this one the spoon part is still a bit big for a 2 year old mouth . . .but great product, good quality and nice grippy handle so he will grow into it.

Great spoons!

Good size for my toddler! They are sturdy and have a good grip. I like that the eating end is metal. They’ve held up really well and are my go-to spoons for my self-feeding toddler!

LOVE these!!!

Perfect for little hands, colors that little eyes love and a fit that is great for mouth and size bites! The scalloped handle and the girth are perfect for kids to grip and my little one LOVES biting on the ends, LOL. they are great bite size also, not too wide like others and not too small like some. I just wish the 3 pack of forks was the same price and not so expensive

Great Spoons

I bought these blue, But I got it in pink and purple. I didn’t care because it says colors may vary. I like the quality. It is a great product overall. Very much recommended.

Perfect for kids, big and small!

These are exactly the kinds of spoons I have been looking for! The curve is big enough to hold a good amount for my 5 and 3 yr old – plus the plastic handles make it awesome for little ones who like to scratch the tables with the opposite side of the fork. And they are countoured enough for my 18month old to grip and get food in her mouth! Too bad you can’t choose the colors, but that’s not that big of deal for how functional they are. The fact that they come in a 3 pack is great, too!

well, a gamble but good spoons

I had a 66% chance of getting something good…my luck was not with me. I have two boys. I got pink spoons. Oh well…they are great spoons.

the best toddler spoons

With four kids we’ve tried all kinds of toddler spoons and these are far and away the best. They are not too deep and not too shallow. The handle is just the right size and shape. They are sturdy and don’d bend, we even scooped ice cream with one and it didn’t bend. They come through the dishwasher great. The part the child eats off of is stainless steel rather than plastic and there is no paint on them to come off or cause a recall. We have some of the forks, spoons, and knives that have already gone through three of our children and are still in great shape.

Son loves these

I bought these because my 1 year old is outgrowing his plastic spoons and liked eating off our silverware. He likes these I think for the difference and how much bigger a bite he can take.

Great spoons

Perfect for my 2 1/2 yr olds hands. My 1 yr old also likes them and they aren’t too wide for her mouth. Great grips. They get a little slippery but for spoons they are great.

too big for small mouths

The spoons are adequate. My toddler has no problem gripping them, but I think the bowl of the spoon is too large for his mouth. I compared it with the teaspoons from my flatware and the spoon is the same width and just a bit shorter. For small mouths, I thing a smaller spoon would be helpful. My kid has to open really wide to get the whole thing plus food into his mouth.

Great for eating out and travel

At first I got these spoons because they seemed like they would be good transition spoons between plastic baby spoons and metal adult ones, but soon figured out they have an even better use: they are GREAT to use on the go when you need to quickly chop up larger chunks of food into bite-sized pieces, but don’t have a knife. The usual plastic or silicone baby spoons are way too soft to break apart solid food, and it’s not always convenient to carry a knife. These are nice and sturdy for mashing and chopping, and the larger size makes it easier for the kid to scoop food even with her shaky aim.

Great for toddlers

We are using these spoons for a four-year-old girl, who is pleased with how easily she can feed herself with these utensils (compared to some of the struggle she has with adult-sized utensils). The padded, rounded handle makes it easy for her to grip. The bowl of the spoon is smaller, so she can fit it into her mouth without a problem. We only hand wash (no dishwasher) but they are holding up fine. My only complaint is that these are made in China (but that’s tough to avoid these days).I included a picture on the product page of this spoon laid next to the Oneida spoons we use, for comparison of size and shape.Would not hesitate to buy again, and will be returning to Amazon to but the forks.

Great spoon for toddlers!

My son is 15 months and just started using his own spoon at meals. This is one of my favorite spoons. It’s a good size and sturdy feeling spoon. Nice chunky handle for my little guy to grip. The spoon itself is large enough to get a good size bite in, but not too huge for a toddler (would not recommend for a baby under a year, too big). My son mainly eats his oatmeal with this spoon. I did find the spoon is a little too shallow for runnier foods, such as yogurt. For that, I prefer a deep spoon, such as Gerber Graduates Scoopin Spoons (our other favorite!). Outside of “runny” foods, this spoon is a winner!

toddler spoons

The two year old I got these for loves his new spoons and forks. He is so excited to use them at every meal. He also seems to be less messy because he can use them better.

Lasts For Years!

My daughter has been using these spoons since she was 1 (she is now 3 and still uses them). They have held up well to her "wear and tear" and have been through the dishwasher multiple times without a problem. They are made so well and worth every penny spent!

Great lil spoons

These are the only spoons that work well for my two year old. All other spoons are either too tiny or two big.

Love these little guys

I finally have moved my 20 month old from plastic to metal utensils and had to find a set i like. That was tougher then it seemed as no one seems to have just sets of spoons and forks – what kid needs a knife at this age anyways? So out when the sets of fork/spoon/knife and i hunted for new sets when i stumbled on to these. They are perfect! I love the spoons and the matching forks that I had to find elsewhere as Amazon listed theirs for like $20???Anyways the handles are perfect for the toddler’s hands to hold. They are DW safe and are very sturdy. Even when she hocks one at my head its not that painful, so they are light. 🙂

Great for the toddler the want to do it themselves

These spoons are the perfect size for my two year old. Big enough to hold a mouthful but small enough to fit in her mouth. We love them.

Love these utensils!!!!

Don’t buy the 3-pack with a knife/fork/spoon – useless. You’ll never use as many knives as you do forks/spoons. I buy the 3-pack spoons and 3-pack forks. I have tried other kinds but these are by far my favorite toddler utensils.

Excellent Toddler Spoon!

My son has been eating with utencils for a long time. However, with cereal he seems to have a tough time getting the last little bits. I tried several different style bowl, before finally realizing how uncomfortable his hand must be wrapped in a grip around this character-ended spoon. It occurred to me it would be more comfortable if he had a fat, round handled spoon. These are perfect, because while they give the perfect handle, they don’t forfeit volume capabilities. The spoon is a good size in diameter & also deeper than regular spoons. It’s perfect! Just what my toddler needed! As always, Amazon got me my product incredibly fast. I definitely recommend these spoons!

Great spoons

I love these. They keep their shape (unlike some of the rubbery ones), they look nice, and best of all – they scoop a good-size bite of food. I love the Graduates forks too.

okay

My son likes to suck on the ends which, given they’re wider and coated, I don’t worry about. Wider-mouthed spoon can make it difficult for small-mouthed babies but does have a slightly deeper center.

Love these Spoons

I had bought Gerber Graduate 3 pack Kiddy Cutlery Forks from Walmart in Lime green & yellow color combination. When I decided to buy these spoons from Amazon ,I didn’t have an option to select a particular color. Obviously because I already had the forks in Lime green & yellow combination , I was kindof hoping that Amazon sends me the same color…And they did…yipppeeee…I lucked out. These spoons are great and so are the forks. They are the right size for your kid and are good enough for them to hold and eat on their own.

Great size for toddlers

Had to get beyond those tiny baby spoons. This size works well and much more durable than many other toddler spoons I’ve seen.

Great spoons for self-feeders

These spoons have worked well for teaching self-feeding skills. They are easy for my son to grip and the spoon is a good size. It is nice to be able to buy just the spoons, most sets come with a knife and fork which we don’t need at this point.
