does the job
i have the reusable feeding pouches and these ease my mind that my child won’t chew up the spout and ruin it. plus, he likes the straw part anyway. cleans easy. i only wish it had some sort of cover for when he doesn’t finish it all in one sitting while we’re out and about.
This is just okay, not sure it’s worth the purchase. Yes, the silicone straw is softer than the spout on the pouch, but this really doesn’t bother my son at all. Its just an extra step to put on and to wash. You also need a tiny brush to wash thouroughly.
My son loves these
I have bought 3 packs of these. We used them initially for a flight over the holidays when I didn’t want to try to pack spoons and feed him messy food on the plane. He took to them right away. Since he was 8 months old when we first tried them he has been able to use them like a straw (sucking as opposed to squeezing the pouch). In fact, he doesn’t squeeze the pouches at all, which probably makes them less messy. The straw parts are very soft, flexible acrylic and the bases are plastic and screw on and off very easily. Now that he is 12 months, he still loves using these on his pouches. They work with other brands of pouches besides gerber too, including the refillable green pouches. They are easy to clean and I always keep one in our diaper bag. I recommend these.
wish they had lids/caps, but they’re great otherwise!
these have made it soo much easier for my 8 month old to use baby food pouches without food getting all over the place. I bring them everywhere… I wish they had caps, though. Everyone who sees them asks where I got them!
Great Help for my toddler!
I got this for my 20 month old since she has a tendency to squeeze the pouches too hard and get fruit all over herself. As soon as I got the package, I washed the straws and put one on a “crusher” fruit pack. For the first time, she was able to feed herself from one of these pouches. All I did was push the fruit from the bottom up when she was about halfway done with the pouch. This has really made it a lot easier to get ready and get out the door after her naps because it gives me two free hands to get stuff ready while she handles her snack time.
love this product
My son plays with all his packets and it just ends up in a mess and waste of money. This prevents him from squirting it everywhere and he actually eats them now. YAY!
Just what I Wanted!
I ordered these for my son to eat out of with his squeeze pouches so the plastic doesn’t hurt his teeth so much while he is teething. I ordered two sets and would order again!
Perfect for my son!
These work great!! Ive used these on fruit & yogurt pouched Ive purchased and on the reusable ones I fill myself! My son loves them and they work great!!
Awesome! Great for toddlers!
I just pop one of these on any brand squeeze pack and give it to my toddler. He can do all the rest. It doesn’t squirt out as easily with this on there so no messes and we have been using them for about three months now! Great idea!
Ordered 2 more sets
These are great. It really makes feeding kids a snack a breeze. The kids have a bit more control over their eating so it’s great for helping them transition to feeding themselves.
He is about 16 months old now and they are still useful. I tell every parent I know about them …
These have been INVALUABLE to us since my son was about 5 months old. He understood these right away and they prevent all the mess of going with out a top. He is about 16 months old now and they are still useful. I tell every parent I know about them when their kids get to pouch age.
A must have for food pouch!
I absolutely love these straws! It makes self feeding with the food pouch so easy and clean. Without these the food from the pouch would pour out when my baby squeezes too hard, making a huge mess, but these help control the flow. It’s also easy for my 9 month old to use. He’s been using them since 7 months and loves to self feed. These even work with the infantino food pouch that you fill yourself.
Great for self feeding
These little "straws" worked great! I can put them on any of the puches so my child does not get puree all over the place. The only draw back is that they are a bit of a hastle to clean. I always clean them with the small wire brush for the bottles.
