Use as “cloth wipes” for baby boy

This may be TMI for some people but I’ve been primarily using these wipes in order to clean off my baby boy’s genitalia, since doctors recommend avoiding the use of baby wipes on that area if the boy has been circumcised. If I wanted to go entirely eco-conscious, I would image these would work great as cloth wipes. As for its intended use as baby wash cloths, I prefer to use something a bit more plush and substantial.

Don’t let the thinness deter you

At first glance, these things looked really cheap in the store, but I bought a pack anyway. After having them for a few months now, they are overall the best wipes we have. Why? They may be thin, but the edges of the cloths are VERY soft. Other baby towels have very thick edges from the stitching, not these. They also don’t have any annoying labels on them, so you don’t have to worry about that when wiping your baby’s face. For the price, if you happen to lose them, they don’t hurt the wallet as much. I’m definitely buying some more.

Great Cloth Wipes

We use these as cloth wipes, as they are very soft, absorbent, and durable. It usually only takes 1 wipe per change (as opposed to the disposables), and they aren’t as rough on the baby. So far they have withstood many many washings, and we use these combined with thePrince Lionheart Warmies Wipes Warmer(these are much better than the “Warmies” wipes they come with). After repeated washes, the edges do start to curl, but they still serve their purpose and spend most of their time in the warmer anyhow.

Great starter set, but not the highest quality

These are a great starter washcloth for baby girl, but are not the best quality. I would have expected a little more from Gerber, but was still worth it for the price. Cute colors, though they run very small and don’t seem like they will hold up extremely long under frequent washes.

Nice but small

These are nice n soft but size is small. The color and softness remains good even after 5 months of washing.Nice colors too.Easy to fit in the diaper bag without much space.

Soft, durable, cheap= great buy!

I got these washcloths because they were the cheapest ones I could find. I love them! They’re super soft and so far they’ve held up well in the wash (I’ve been using them for 9 months). Plus, they come in a 12-pack. Can’t beat that!

Great for cloth diaper wipes

I bought these cloths to use as wipes with our cloth diapers. They’re soft, absorbent, and stand up to multiple washings in hot water (I highly recommend them for this purpose). They’re terrific for our use, but they’d be terrific for their intended use in the bathtub as well. Plus, the price is awesome.
