I’m using this as a second carseat in the grandparents car so I don’t have the accompanying stroller so I can’t comment on how it integrates with the Graco Snugrider Elite which is the pairing piece for this travel system.Overall this is a very functional car seat that is aesthetically pleasing to boot. The car seat installs about as easily as other car seats we’ve tried and at this point, we’ve done enough installations that they really aren’t a big deal anymore. The detachable carrier part is easy to connect and detach and surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy the whole unit is. The base is heavy and quite study in place. The padding is quite soft and cleans up quite easily.Overall I’m very impressed with this Car Seat and highly recommend it.
A Good Lower Priced Bucket Car Seat
This car seat seems decent for the price (around $130.) I have previously used Chico and Recaro car seats for my daughter and this one does seem be somewhat cheap in comparison. The material that covers the durable plastic shell is just your generic water proof material that does not afford much aesthetic appeal. The car seat is light weight which is nice when you are dragging it everywhere, working on the fitness of your arms 😉 It it easy to remove from the base with one hand which is a huge plus but seems to be pretty standard on the market. Overall, not a bad car seat for the price and is compatible with the majority of Graco strollers..
I knew when I found out that I was going to be a Grandma that I wanted to be able to have a car seat dedicated to my vehicle only. I figured my daughter and son-in-law would get me an extra base since we live so close to each other, but my preference was to have my own. TheGraco SnugRide Click Connect 30 Infant Car Seatis so much nicer than what was available for my kids 20+ years ago and I have to admit with all the new features I was worried about installation, but it wasn’t a problem. I used the installation manual along with my vehicle manual to make sure that it was installed correctly and I really like the dial adjustment to make sure it’s level. As for the car seat, the fabric seems comfortable and easily cleanable. The harness is quick to adjust and click in and the sun shade while handy does take a bit of pulling especially if you have the handle up. Additionally the color is very nice and since purple just happens to be one of my favorite colors I couldn’t be happier. Overall I feel that this car seat provides excellent protection for the baby and is worth the price listed. My daughter also purchased theGraco FastAction Fold Sport Stroller Click Connect Strollerand it’s extremely easy to click in the ca seat and also fold up which makes it a great addition.
Click and Go with Any Graco Stroller!
Graco SnugRide Click Connect 30 Infant Car Seat, Nyssa is a great car seat from Graco. For me this is a pretty standard car seat just made very well. Like a lot of infant rear facing car seats Graco’s SnugRide has a weight range from 4-30lbs and up to 30 inches long/tall. For me this made it so my little man could ride in this car seat until a little after he turned 2 year old. What makes this car seat unique is that the Graco SnugRide Click Connect is compatible with all Graco Click Connect strollers. So you don’t have to buy a specific travel system or you can buy a stroller later and not worry about weather or not the car seat will be compatible. This car seat is extremely well padded for your child’s safety and also includes a Tangle free five point harness. The Seat Cushion is removable and machine washable so extremely easy to clean, the rest of the material is also easy to clean and usually most dirt and stains wipe away with warm water. Also found this is lighter and easy to carry than other car seats.I was extremely impressed with this car seat and would definitely recommend it as an option for parents everywhere.
It should be called “Quick” Connect.
Pros:- Such a simple in/out mechanism. I’m a huge fan of the one hand release. No straps to mess with, just grab and go!- This unit also features the revised harness button/latch. It is much easier to open than the one on my older Snugride Click Connect 35.- Included shoulder strap pads.- The base is super-simple to attach to you vehicle if you have LATCH eyelets. Also simple to level based on your baby’s age.- 100% compatible with my existing Graco FastAction Click Connect Fold Jogger and Graco Modes Click Connect Travel System Stroller (from TRU).Con:- The cover (when in the closed position) jams up against the handle. A poor design decision in my opinion.

infant car seat
Beside’s the excellent color choice- purple GO RAVENS! this is a very functional seat. with the SungRide Click Connect 30 there is a simple connect/disconnect feature, buttons in the front and back. It comes the an insert that cuddle your baby when they are just born, keeps their heads in place. This can be removed as they get older. The hood protects them from the glare of the sun. I also found this model to be balanced a bit better when carrying it by the handle…must be how they placed the handle on this model.
I prefer Classic Connect
I’m a big fan of Graco infant seats and had the SnugRide Classic Connect 30 for my older son. I decided to give Click Connect a try with the new baby b/c a sales rep. told me it’s easier to get in and out of the car. I have not found that to be the case. I ended up replacing it with a Classic Connect 30, and noticed it seems to be a better fit for my compact car, so that may have something to do with my difficulty. The seat itself, without the base, is identical to Classic Connect. Also, the consumer report tests Classic connect 30 as best but Click Connect (30 or 35, can’t recall) as better.
