Relieved…it is exactly what I expected

I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on a crib. I know that most models are these convertible beds but really, I don’t think I care. I didn’t want to spend so much money on a crib so that I was stuck with it til she was a teenager. When she’s old enough for a regular twin bed, I may want a new bed set for her so this was a perfect price. I really do like it too. It was quick and simple to put together. It’s very sturdy and fit the mattress well (Kolcraft Pure Sleep Therapeutic 150 Crib Mattress-love it!!) . In the corners there is a little gap but my daughter isn’t crawling yet so I don’t know what hazard this may be but I can’t imagine any mattress could fit any better. It is so snug everywhere else, but the corners, I can barely tuck the fitted sheet. I just put stuffed animals in the corners so she doesn’t investigate the small areas where she can see through.I am really happy with the whole set up that I bought and I got it all here on Amazon. I have wanted the sheet set, Skip Hop Treetop Friends, since I was pregnant. In fact I was pretty determined to get it but I didn’t want to spend so much money. After agonizing over choices for…well, my daughter is over 8mo now, so it’s been a while. I went ahead and bought Banafish Migi Little Tree. It’s $180ish for the 4 piece set. The problem with this set, i found, was that all the accessories were discontinued. So that means, no extra fitted sheets available. I went ahead and bought the fitted sheet for the Skip Hop Treetop Friends collection. It matches great!

Wonderful

This crib is just lovely. I bought for my baby and its so great, and very very easy to assemble. Very safe and a great cost for sure. Nothing about it is negative!! I would buy it again and again, although I think it will last a long time, so I shouldn’t have to.

Good quality doesn’t have to be expensive

This crib is a sturdy and functional, but also beautiful bed. With its adjustable height, it can be used for a long time.

Amazing!

I love this crib! It is the perfect width and height and length. It took about 45 minutes to put together. You can almost put it together yourself except for one part.

Great crib for the price.

We bought this while living in a temporary apartment waiting. We’ll be in our house soon, reunited with all of our stuff, but our son needed a crib to sleep in, and our daughter will need a crib in the future. We picked this up as a temporary crib for him, but will be saving it and using it as her full time crib. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and looks nice enough to get away with. Besides, it’s for a baby, and frankly, she isn’t picky.Pros:- Assembled quickly and easily following the attached instructions. It only took me about 30 minutes using the included allen wrench only. I was very pleased with the assembly instructions, which I worried would be poorly translated.- It’s sharp looking. The finish is consistent throughout, and durable enough it could withstand a bit of banging around.- The mattress level moves up and down, so it will grow with the baby.- Longer term, the side comes off to convert it into a toddler bed then a headboard. Saves on buying yet more furniture.Cons:- The toddler bed conversion doesn’t have a guard rail at all. Our other bed had an expensive toddler bed conversion part that was another $150 or so – so I can’t knock a star off this item for that reason. For the low price, the Sidney Crib is worth it. I found it to be equivalent quality to our $250+ crib for our son.

Great quality for the price

For the low price, the quality of this crib is great. The pieces are sturdy and well finished, and the fasteners that hold it together are very heavy duty.

Very sturdy, easy to put together

As others have mentioned this crib is easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes to do at an easy pace. The shipping was damaged and it did wear through to one of the rails but it was on the backside of the crib so doesn’t show at all. It is very sturdy and very nice-looking. It has character but not over the top. It looks to have cost much more than it did. A very good value for the money.
