Nice book bag for preschool

I bought this for my three year old in preschool. It’s built nice and sturdy, and i like that it clips at the waist to help keep it on and balance the weight. There is enough room inside to fit a standard pocket folder, which most toddler book bags don’t have room for. The insulated pocket is nice if you have the bag with you all the time like on a trip or something, but her school required her to have a lunch box/bag, so that feature wasn’t much use to me. However, the bag can be filled with stuff (any given day it usually has a folder, notebook, spare clothes, lunch bag, diapers, school projects) and not be too cumbersome to carry. The overall design is not too cutesy so she can use it for a few more years. Overall, I would buy again.

Best little bookbag for your preschooler

Great backpack for smaller kids. It has space for all the things he needs for daycare. He loves the lunchbox section. Its plenty of space for pullups, wipes, changing clothes, and his favorite book. Everyone who sees wants one for their little kid. I bought one for my 6 month old daughter in pink also. When she is ready, she will love it, too. Great buy and totally worth the money.

Nice, but Too Small

I bought this for my (tiny) kindergartner, and was surprised at how small it is. It’s nicely constructed, but really better suited to a daycare or preschool environment. As another reviewer mentioned, the rounded shape of the top makes it awkward to put in/take out standard pocket folders or anything full-sized. You have to sort of crimp them to get them past the opening. It gets progressively narrower as you move to the front cooler compartment, so there really isn’t room for much at the end of the day.The cooler is a neat idea, but doesn’t replace a lunch box/bag for kids who eat in a cafeteria. They aren’t likely to haul their backpacks with them – you’d need to bag the lunch before putting it in the cooler.Overall, construction seemed solid, and the styles were great. The shoulder straps are nicely done – wider at the top for better support. I’m sorry to have to return it!

Great for growing Toddler – holds all his stuff

This backpack is everything I needed. I was tired of carrying around a big diaper bag now that my 2-yr old is potty training. He also has food allergies so we have to carry an Epi-Pen and snacks for him wherever we go, which the insulated pocket is nice for his drinks since it is also really wipeable. I also use this backpack for extra underwear and his lovey -it holds everything he needs so if we are not together, he can still have everything in one place. We also put toys, books and an extra sweatshirt for when he has to tag-along to my appointments or whatever. It is still a little big for him to carry a long while but the chest strap keeps the shoulder straps in place and he is so proud to carry all his own things. Basically, it is a little big for a 2-yr old but it holds A LOT of STUFF and I think this bag will last him a long time.

Great backpack!

I bought this for my son to start preschool. Its a good size backpack and its high quality. I suspect that he will have this for many years to come. I like that it has the insulated pocket and the back is pretty large. It has internal pockets to help with organization. I wanted something that would hold a regular size folder and this does (with some folding at the edges). My son loves it and thinks that the extra clip in the front is great! I like that its more secure and comfortable with the front clip. We’re both happy with it so how can it get any better?

Perfect for preschooler

She loved this backpack right away and was really excited when she opened the package. The color appeals to her a lot. It fits everything she needs with room to spare. I was amazed at how quickly she took to this backpack. The construction is sturdy and I think it will last a long time. The zippers are nice and importantly, the hanging loop works.

quality backpack for a toddler/preschooler

we bought this for my 2 year old to bring on the plane as his carry on, i think it will be the perfect size for a few books, his blankie, etc. We are going to disney world & while we’re at the parks i plan to pack some of his essentials in this bag along with a few snack items & a sippy cup in the cooler part, its really cute, my son loves it. I think it will be just the right size to use all day at disney, in conjunction with the baggallini messenger bag which I also ordered (and looove btw!). Plus this backpack will carry him through preschool I imagine and maybe kindergarten too. My ONLY complaint was that on the front there was a small brownish stain, it was small & honestly i just don’t care enough to send it back– it IS noticeable if I pointed it out but otherwise you might miss it. My kids 2, im sure this thing will see some stains and dirt anyways. It smelled brand new and looked great other then thatupdate after our vaca:we used this every day for our whole trip to disney. It hung off the back of our stroller, and the cooler part fit a thin ice pack and two smaller kids ice packs, plus a sandwich, water bottle, and a few other snacks. While we were in disney we used the main part for extra change of clothes, diapers and wipes. in my opinion this back pack was definitely worth the money and held up really well

i got this for my 2 year old, it is big for her but she will grow into it, she calls it her "pack pack" and right now it is used for toys and diapers/wipes, as she gets older i think she will grow into it nicely and be able to use it for several years.well constructed, insulated bag is a nice addition, all in its very nice.

Fun little backpack, excellent cutomer service from O3

arrived very quickly and it is a fun little backpack. My daughter is 5 and she loves the colours because it is so bright and unique.I like too because she is easy to be spotted in a crowd (she did not want to go with a typical girlie girl backpack colours :-)).The backpack has a chest strap but the only thing that I was surprised not to see was a waist strap on it that would help the kids wear it better especially on a field trip.Regarding the lunch pocket: it is insulated but because of the size of it , even if I included 2 average size gel packs in it, it did not keep the food cold for more than 3-4h which is enough if it is purely used for going to daycare and having the lunch kept in the fridge there.I believe though that 2 gel packs it is quite a high number of gel packs to include in a preschool lunch bag(it adds weight too) as I usually use just one for 3-4h on my adult lunch bag so I assume that the preschool one doesn’t insulate that well.So the lunch pocket can be used purely for school if they have lunch there and not for a field trip where you need the food to be kept cold for longer most of the times because there is no fridge to be used….Overall I am happy with the purchase especially that it has almost all the features that I wanted in a preschool backpack.Updates:I have had the backpack for 3 months now and it broke down at the handle already…The fabric that holds the back of the backpack to the handle came apart and soon it will not be suitable to be used …So sad and disappointing..It was too expensive to ship it back internationally to have it fixed or exchanged but O3 company was willing to ship me a new one without getting the damaged one back(I just sent a picture with the damage to them).I am very impressed with the high level of customer service and I have no hesitation to buy from them again….

Not Just For Preschoolers!

I was hesitant about buying this bag for my 8-year old , based on the title "preschool backpack" in the product description. With that said, I’m so happy that I took a chance. My daughter used this bag to hold her toys and gadgets in it during a plane trip and everything stayed organized. It’s also quite stylish and the material is of great quality. A big plus is the adjustable strap (which acts like a harness across the chest) that kept the bag in place quite nicely. Impressive bag for the price, especially if you plan to utilize the insulated section.

Cute, durable backpack, but won’t fit standard size 3ring binder

Bought this backpack for our3 year old, and it’s very cute and fits really well. He can carry it easily, and it doesn’t slip off the shoulders. Our only complaint is it doesn’t fit a standard size 3-ring binder. We can force it to zip over the top, but it’s nt easy and can’t have anything else in the main pocket to close.

Cute airplane camo backpack!

My son saw this backpack and wanted it for school (he is 3 years old). It is wide on the shoulders; I wish the straps were a little closer to together. The overall size is a little big, however I know he will grow into it. The quality and construction of the backpack seem well made and I really like the built in cooler concept. I’m excited to see how it holds up over the school year!

I want to love this bag, but the seams just keep coming off!

I have the yellow soccer ball pack for my son. I got it as a gift from his wish list in November, by end of the month the seams on the strap were breaking. I called amazon and got a replacement. and by early January it’s breaking again! and now the seam in the cooler pack is ripping too! and he only went to school for a week in December! I really really like the design and size of this bag, but the craftsmanship on it is leaving very little to be desired. The design is great but i just want one that can last me a full year (especially for this price).

Great for Daycare

So far we use this for daycare, it will replace the diaper bag at some point and at some point he’ll carry it himself. But right now it fits everything we need for daycare; 6 diapers, 2 sippy cups, a small lunch box, a change of clothes, a stuffed toy and a rain coat or small blanket. They can even stuff an art project he does into the bag after all that. I think it’ll be a great bag for him to grow into.

Perfect for a Pre-K or Kindergarten Child

This backpack is the perfect size for a Pre-K or Kindergarten Child. It is tall enough to just fit a work folder inside. It is correctly sized to allow a young child to carry this bag comfortably without the straps slipping off the shoulder. There is also an additional chest clip to keep the backpack in place. The main area is spacious & the additional front pocket is a bonus ( we don;t use it for snacks but to hold hand sanitizer, packet of wipes kleenex). The zippers all work smoothly. It seems very well constructed and I am expecting this bag will carry my son through K and beyond till he outgrows it in size. The side bottle pocket is a net fabric with elastic top and will just fit on the short fat water bottles. I ordered the grey camo with the plane logo and it’s very cute.

great size for a kindergartener

My kindergartener loves this backpack. It’s just her size and fits her folders and homework. We don’t really use the insulated cooler part because she doesn’t want to take her whole backpack to the lunch room, but it looks well made. The water bottle holder on the side of the backpack holds the water snugly.
