The Bentley of strollers
This stroller I call the Bentley of strollers. I love the features. Some of my favorites are the adjustable handle bar that adjusts in several positions, not just higher or shorter, but tilted to make driving very comfortable. I love the large back wheels and the front ones that can lock in a straight position as well as a swivel. The back adjusts in many levels to however your baby feels comfortable. The hood is GREAT because it actually covers the entire stroller and zips and tucks when not in use. The padded cushion is washable and very stylish. A very clean and sleek look. I also like that it folds down quite easily. All in all it’s a FABULOUS STROLLER. It’s a bit pricey but it the Bentley of strollers.
I am reviewing thePeg Perego USA Book Stroller, Stoneas part of the Vine program. I have used Graco full size strollers over the years, as well as the tiny umbrella ones. The Book stroller is hands done the most lightweight (compared to the big ones), easy to close and maneuver (even compared to the umbrella ones) and best looking one I have ever had. It gets its name ‘Book’ because of the way it closes and all you do is pull at the handle and it folds in. The stroller itself isn’t bulky, and to make up for it being lighter and smaller, there is an awesome adjustable handle bar. (Hubby is 6′ 3 and appreciates this.)I used this stroller for a full 2 weeks going to the farmers market, an outdoor festival and walking at the mall and in my neighborhood. Very easy to maneuver going in and out of stores and turning. When I went back to the Graco stroller the difference was night and day! The 5 point harness is easy to adjust and put on, and the back is easy to adjust as well if toddler falls asleep in the stroller. I keep going back to this, but I really want to stress how easy it is to handle it! I disliked the whole to-do of prying the stroller from my trunk (I drive a compact car) getting the unwieldy thing set up and then having to get it broken down and put back in again. I drive a Toyota Yaris, and this fits so neatly in the trunk and is such a breeze to open and close. This has been an especially wet summer and there are lots of mosquito on the walking trails where I live. I love that there are options for a mosquito net, as well as a rain net (we are ordering them.) The craftsmanship and trim of the stroller is really classy looking. I’m not a huge fan of the cup holder, however it’s not a deal breaker for me. Most of the time my toddler tries to dump her water out anyways.Highly recommended!
It’s a great stroller! Lightweight, easy to use. I was able to unlatch and open it and also collapse and latch it while holding my baby. Easy to steer one handed. The screen shade is large but also vents and lets you see your baby.
All it lacks is a chauffeur & a nanny!
I was surprised at how easily this stroller folds & unfolds, and I was able to do it with one hand, even to latch it! Compared to a similarly-sized stroller of other brands, it is relatively lightweight, as well. I like the screen shade, and I think it’s great that there is “mosquito netting” available to protect the baby! (ordered separately) The stroller rolls easily, and the adjustable-length handle is a design that every stroller should have – just wonderful.
Expensive but worth it
There is simply nothing to not like about the PP Book stroller. Even the price seems fair once you actually see your happy little one floating around in this luxury yacht of a stroller. It folds and unfolds faster than any stroller I’ve ever seen, yet is light and easy to stick in the trunk. The front wheels turn very easily in every direction (shopping cart makers take note!) and are sturdy, as it’s bumped into a few curbs with zero issues. The cover works easily and the UV protection is a real plus, as our town has very high UV readings lately. It’s hard to imagine a child or parent not being happy with this truly deluxe stroller. And once you’ve used it you can pass it on to friends with a little one and they will LOVE you for it forever! This stroller will hold its value over the years, as it’s made to last. Thus it’s well worth its price tag, and might even be a bargain all told, depending on what a happy baby is worth to you.
The Peg Perego USA Book Stroller is truly a top notch stroller. Made in Italy with the highest quality materials. The stroller comes with a large wheels and a large Protective Hood for bad weather days. It’s also easy to steer and has an adjustable handle for different heights and angles for better comfort.I wouldn’t say it’s an incredibly light stroller, but for it’s size and quality 27lbs is not bad, plus it’s extremely easy to fold and store. The Book Stroller is Travel-System Compatible with the Primo Viaggio SIP 30-30 Car Seat which you have to purchase separately and I am so impressed that I intend to do this.So if you’re looking for a stroller that will last you and your family for more than one baby, and will keep your baby comfortable with added style look no further this is a 10 out of 10!
