We use this on our jogging stroller. We live in so cal so we are constantly in the sun year around. This is great at keeping sun off my son. Fits perfectly and stays on even during runs. Wish there is way he could be completely protected from son and be able to see out while he’s in stroller but until that product is invented this is the next best thing.
Love This Sunshade!
I am surprised that all reviews are not all 5 stars. This sunshade is perfect for my Graco Stroller (Travel System). I read some reviews that it is too much work, NOT AT ALL. You just tie it to the stroller and that is it. Yes, you have to take it down, but really it only takes 1 minute and that is it! I rather take the time (which really is not much at all) to put it on the stroller and take it down so my son can be protected from the Sun. I am so glad I purchased this. Simple, easy to put on, and your baby IS protected and shaded. 🙂
Doesn’t work well with Chicco travel system stroller
I think this product is better for a peg prego or quinny stroller – it really doesn’t fit well with my chicco.
Perfect sun shade
I have used this for over 3 years now with 2 kids, it is a perfect sunshade and very very large. Has worked on 4 different model strollers for me so far.
Not the best baby item, but couldn’t find anything better
Why doesn’t it come in bright color???It took me a while to find the best way to attach to the Bugaboo, so we wouldn’t have to redo it everytime.Using on daily basis. My little one likes the canopy, but hates the mosquitoes net :))It is not a bad product, but not THE ONE I was looking for.
Excellent sun shade
This sun shade is awesome. Most strollers have useless sunshades. I should know, I have 5 strollers and only the Quinny Buzz has a relatively decent sunshade. But even the Buzz isn’t great for a sun phobe like me. I used to drape a blanket on the shade to provide ample protection, but as Baby got older, he didn’t really like not being able to see out the stroller so would pull the blanket down.Enter Protect A Bub. Ties onto the Buzz easily and forms a super sunshade. I have no concerns taking my kid out with this thing. Gives great protection (even down to his toes!) and it still lets him see out and feel like part of the action.I got the black one and it took 2 months to receive, so that was a bummer. But hopefully Amazon got the supply figured out and you will not have to wait so long.
Easy Sunshade to use, even in wind
I did alot of research on sunshades, and bought the Deluxe. We have a two month old and a 7 year old. We live in Florida and our 7 year old is on the swim team. I had to find something to protect our newborn from bugs and sun throughout the summer. We have gone to Disney, and on two beach vacations and this provides a lot of shade. It is so easy to use, a lot of the time I just lay it over our Britax Vigour. If it is windy I will tie it down. We also bought the rain cover and have used it several times. I can’t believe how well this conforms to our stroller, it is also really good at protecting him from bugs. For a newborn in the reclined position, this is the sunshade to have. I am not any good at refolding this shade, but just throw it in the back of our SUV and have not had any problems.
Great Sunshade for my jogging stroller. I love the top flap because I can put it over the front shade and make it VERY dark for my son and he can go right to sleep!
Be careful, its packaged spring loaded
It’s packaged spring loaded, so will jump out at you if not careful. It says so on box but I don’t read that first. Seems to do good for shading, but frustrating the spring wire that’s made into it will go back when you push canopy back to put in your baby, but snaps back in your face. The material is soft.
NIce shade, versatile and worked great for us
We used this a lot in our first summer with our daughter as she was sensitive to the sun as a lot of new babies are. It allows the air to flow freely through it, versatile and adaptable to most if not all strollers. Later on as our daughter grew bigger, she would play with it too, constantly pulling on it. I would say you will not use it much after your child grows past the 6 month mark.
I have the Guzzie and Guss 102 full size stroller and this fits perfect. I love that I can pull it down and protect my LO from sun but she can still see through- then lay the flap down when shes napping to keep it dark 😉 Everything I thought it would be and more!!! My only complaint is I paid a higher price and it went on sale 2wks later! Ack. Oh well- still well worth it!
