Cleaning is great

I love being able to open this up and clean it easy. It always made me nervous with the bulbs you could not see in if it was really getting clean. I don’t have to worry with these 😀

Great Aspirator

This is my favorite aspirator by far, because you can easily clean it out. It is a bit tricky to learn to use at first, you have to create the suction by pushing on the bottom, not the sides, but once you get the hang of it, the aspirator does a great job. I use mine almost daily on my 2 year old and have no complaints.

Kinda quirky…

You have to only sqeeze from the top down or the bulb falls off. It doesn’t really have great suction compared to the one from the hospital. This aspirator is easy to clean which is nice, but I’d only have it as a back-up.

If you know how to use it, it works fine

This isn’t as bad as people are saying. You have to squeeze from the bottom for it to work and it’ll pull boogies out no problem. Really any othe bulbs you’re supposed to squeeze pushing the bottom with your thumb and using your pointer and middle fingers to hold just above the bulb part itself for optimal use. It’s not rocket science but I see people do it wrong all the time. I gave this 4 stars only bc I think the white one from American Red Cross is better quality and it opens at the bottom for easy cleaning without pulling the whole thing apart. Otherwise this aspirator works fine

Don’t waste your money!

Friends warned me against purchasing this product, and as a new mom, I didn’t listen. I am glad it wasn’t very expensive, because after a few failed attempts to use it to suction my new baby’s nose, I tossed it in the trash can.

Waste of money

This is an absolutely terrible – terrible aspirator. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It has NO suction at all. I chose to buy this one instead of using the one the hospital gave me – the DAVOL aspirator (which I just gave 5 stars). I bought this because I could see what it was pulling out of my son’s nose and I could clean it easily (not that it matters because it doesn’t work anyway so there is nothing to clean). It is worthless. My son has a terrible stuffy nose and all this was pulling out virtually nothing. He was getting no relief and could not sleep (my son is 1 yr old). I then went ahead and decided to use the Davol aspirator because I did not know what else to do. It was AMAZING! It pulled out so much mucas – my son could actually breathe through his nose for the fist time in days and went straight to sleep. Please do not waste your money or your baby’s frustration and use this and think it is helping.

This was not at all worth the buy. It had absolutely no suction! Honestly, I have been unable to find a good syringe since we left the hospital.

I would never recommend this to anyone

This is worthless, no suction, and comes apart during use. Don’t waste your money. I would never recommend this to anyone
