Lifesaver, works for large busts!

I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now. I have to say that overall I’m very pleased with it. For the moms who pump exlcusively, you all know it’s hard to find the time to do everything that needs to be done and a lot of times, the first thing to get axed off the list is pumping. But now finally, I can pump consistently throughout the day, and not have to stop because the baby needs to be fed or I need to eat!I have a backpack Medela InStyle pump, so if I need to move around, I hook up the battery pack to the pump and put the backpack on and away I go. It’s kind of awkward at first, but you get used to it.PROS:-The adjustable panels and zipper panel are great. I get a good seal on the breast shields and have had no leakage.-I ordered the L/XL/XXL, am a 40DDD in my regular bra and it’s so adjustable I could be much smaller or much larger and still be able to use this.-Soft, comfy fabric that’s also very sturdy and will last a long time-Easy to use with the shields, easy to put in and take outCONS:-Because it’s a completely flat fabric, no cup at all, it can take a little adjusting to get it comfortable. If you are one of the fortunate ones whose girls are still where they were when you were 18, then it will be more comfy. 🙂 If not, since there is no cup or support, it can take a little getting used to.-To get the good seal, it has to be a snug fit. The compression hinders my milk flow just a tiny bit. Towards the end of the pumping session, I always take the bra off and massage to make sure and get everything out.I couldn’t find many reviews of large-breasted women who have used this, so I had to take a chance, and I’m very happy with it. Another bonus, my milk has increased since I started using this!

Hideous, unnecessary

Cut 2 holes out of old sports bra. Voila! A cheaper, better fitting, better looking alternative to this overpriced product.

Overall winner

SizingIt’s a little weird. I was a 38D before pregnancy and according to the box I should have gotten the S/M combo, but this fits me fine. I have it adjusted down fairly far, but there is still more room to tighten further if I need to.Inconspicuous?No. The outline of those flange-holding things on the front is very visible through any light to moderate weight shirt. Therefore I take it to work with me and put it on as I begin every pumping session, then take it off when I’m done.ComfortNice. It’s soft cotton and doesn’t have any annoying tags or rough bits.AdjustabilityVery nice. Back panel is easy to adjust. Front zippers move smoothly and easily.ColorWhy must everything be pink? Why?ConvenienceTHANK GOODNESS FOR THIS BRA! (Although it’s line dry only, which is a bit of a pain in the rear.)

FIRST- take an old bra that already fits you and cut 1 inch slits in the front to fit the cups for the pump. That is all you need! This type of thing is a must have BUT I found this very very uncomfortable. The fitting is done by both 2 zippers and velcro. I am medium sized and you cannot adjust how far spaced the cups are, so it makes my cups go out to the sides, it looks crazy and feels crazy. But worse is the ruff material around the breasts which irritate my breast the entire time. The whole thing slides down at times. I use it when my homemade comfortable, well fitting, cheap one is in the wash and every time I put it on I remember how much I dislike it. It get great reviews because being hands free is a must.

Makes Pumping Easier!

I was nervous about buying this, because I am plus sized and large chested (44F), but this works great! And there is still plenty of room to go larger. It has optional straps, but I don’t use them, as I only use this to pump, and not to wear all day. Which I wouldn’t recommend unless you wear really heavy shirts, as the “panels” on the front to hold the pump definitely show though a shirt. But this works great to be able to pump hands free. I actually regret not buying one sooner (again, I was worried that it wouldn’t really fit), because it was a pain to try to hold the flanges in place and not leak everywhere! I highly recommend this pumping bra!

should have saved my money

I bought this bra hoping I could wear it under my clothes while at work, pump and continue to work – not so much. I didn’t try any other pumping bras and I guess I didn’t realize how bulky they would be, but no way could you wear this thing under any outfit, except for a heavy sweater. The option of taking it to work and putting it on before every pumping is a complete waste of time, it takes longer to put it on than it does to just open my regular bra, pump and slightly cover up with the shirt I was wearing. I wish I hadn’t bought this bra it is just too impractical.

for my wife

She said it’s okay, but then it worked, sort of… I don’t know. I bought this for her, she should rate it.

Too Loose

Unfortunately I was not able to use this product. No matter how tight or loose I had it it didn’t hold the suctions in the right position. I would not recommend this product.

No underneath support! I was fooled by the positive reviews

First off, this contraption is a pain to put on. You have to struggle to zip it up and get it on properly. after 1 use I found myself preferring to just hold the pumps with one arm and type with one hand rather than spend 5 or more minutes strapping the dang thing on.It is also uncomfortable. I felt stifled because of the thick fabric, and worst of all, this thing hangs from the upper area and provides zero support to your boobs. The bottom is loose and just hangs out. A better designer would have designed this with a stretchy fabric (or something) underneath to provide support underneath the boob and push the whole area up.I wanted to like this, I really did. It would have been glorious if I could have used this and have both hands free to type!!

Not The Most Comfy Pumping System

Positives:- fast and accurate delivery- hands free pumping that you do not need additional accessories for- does adjust to any size, so you can make it as tight or loose as you want- provides good support during pumping (i.e. no sagging breasts)Negatives:- difficult to get pump flange through the opening (especially a problem if you have sensitive / hurt nipples – yikes!)- if you sit back at all (I sit in a recliner at home, not laying back, but I am slightly leaned back), then the bra does not let the flanges angle down so that the milk flows properly – I had to hold the flanges down the entire time during pumping, didn’t feel so great- difficult to get on – I don’t like the zipper design AT ALL!- thick seams (where you can adjust the bra on the back) are not comfortable, they rub and hurtOverall review:I really liked the idea of having a single pumping system. Sometimes I forget to pack/wear my Pump Ease system and I get to work without a way to pump handsfree. That being said, my Pump Ease system is very comfortable and easy to use – the only negative is that it is not as supportive (breasts sag somewhat since it is essentially a tube top with flange openings) and that I have to wear it in addition to my bra. That being said, I wouldn’t purchase the Simple Wishes again; as a matter of fact, I have this in my pump bag in case I forget my Pump Ease – I am hopeful that I won’t need to use it!

Not a fan

My chest is really large and I don’t know if that has something to do with it but not a fan I would rather struggle holing the stupid pump

This has been invaluable

I’ve only had this bra for a week and I already don’t know what I’d do without it. My son was born 2 weeks ago and due to latching issues, I’m exclusively pumping to provide milk for him. Before I got this bra, I was stuck using both hands to hold my breast pump (I have the Medela Pump In Style) and couldn’t do anything else in those 15-20 minutes. If the baby started fussing or something else came up, I would have to cut my pumping session short, which was super frustrating. Now with this bra, I can answer the phone, be on the computer and even hold the fussing baby.I will say I don’t think this bra is something I could wear under clothes. I’m a 46DD currently, and this provides no support for my heavy breasts. Maybe for someone petite and A-cupped, that might work. It also has zippers and places where the breast pump flanges go, so I don’t think that would sit nicely under clothing. But for pumping hands free, it’s perfect and that’s all I need it for. Great product!

God send

This is a God send. It makes it so that you can actually use your hands when pumping. You do have to make sure that it is in correctly and that it doesn’t tilt. But it’s great.

Too bulky

This bra is seriously bulky. There is no way I would be able to wear it under any kind of professional outfit, thus making it useless since I purchased it for milk pumping at work. I am going to return it. Too bad the reviews did not mention that this is a huge stiff device that is hard to miss under t-shirt or blouse.

Hands Free Fabulousness

I’m 5 7″ and not super thin and this fits perfectly on smallest Velcro setting. There is actually too much fabric for me, but it works. That said, there is a lot of room for expansion so I feel a wide variety of ladies may use this. It’s smart design allows for it to either grow or shrink with you.I like to use one strap around my neck, but it’s really not needed when its zipped into place. I just like the feel of it.The double layered folds hold the pumps securely in place, better than when I hold them and get distracted. It’s comfortable and allows for Internet surfing and texting- oh joy!I’ve thrown it in the washing machine and hung dry with no shrinkage. It’s sturdy and sewn well. Will last a long, long time. Through more than one child for sure.

Nanette Sherman Station, ME

Love it

I wis i had bought it sooner as I did not use it for so long, very easy to wear and attach the pump to.

Cecelia Leslie, MO

works well. wrong size sent

it really works. but the vendor sent l/xl/xxl in stead of xs/s/m I ordered. already used it and too late to return.

Janice Goodrich, TX

don’t know how I lived without it.

This is the best. I forgot to pack this one day when going to work and it was the most miserable day having to pump 3 times without it. When the 8-oz bottles get very full, sometimes I have to hold the bottle a little to maintain the suction, but I haven’t had any issues with them actually falling out of the bra. I don’t know how I went almost a month pumping for my twins before I got one of these.

Haley Clemmons, NC

A must if you pump regularly

If you’re going to be doing any significant amount of pumping you need this. It’s extremely adjustable. I’m a 36B and have 6+ inches of adjustment either way in the XS-L. It opens in the front so you can put it on over an open shirt and nursing bra to pump. It’s sturdy and well made, soft breathable cotton, and will hold up heavy full bottles. If you’re EPing, like me, buy a second one to use while the first is in the wash as they take a long time to dry.If you’re not sure if you’re going to need to pump more than once in a blue moon, save yourself the money and cut two slits in a sports bra. That’s also a good stop-gap while you’re waiting for this to arrive!

Doesn’t work

My wife hated this. Device is very cumbersome and it never worked for her. We would not recommend this.Cheers

Excellent hands-free bra – works with built in funnels such as avent

Hi, like a lot of folks out there, I don’t often write reviews, however, this is without doubt the best hands-free bra I have used. I had a madela pump prescribed for the first 30 days from the hospital and my husband had found me a hands-free bra to go with it, what a boom being able to feed one of the twins at the same time as pumping (they are premies and can’t yet latch), but, when my 30 day prescription ran out, I purchased an avent breast pump (which is great by the way – far more comfortable than the madela), and that avent pump has an all in one funnel that doesn’t detach like the madela, thus the bra with holes in it was no longer a viable option, I tried cutting slits and using safety pins but it just didn’t work any more. I purchased this bra and what a difference, I can slot the funnels through and it holds them firmly in place and the whole system is adjustable enough to fit just about anyone. Excellent product!

Seriously hands free

I couldn’t believe it, but this things really does make pumping hands free which makes frequent pumping much more tolerable.

Best thing for pumping moms!!!

This product is amazing. I had another pumping bra for the first 6 months after my son was born but it was too big so I went on amazon to order another one in a smaller size. I was SO happy I came across this one. It was a little more expensive than the easy expression bra I had before but this looked like exactly what I had been dreaming up in my mind for the last 6 months. I have had the simple wishes bra for a little over a month now and I LOVE it. It is everything I could have asked for and so much more. It is really comfortable easy to use. I wish I had it in the beginning when I was getting up a few times in the night to pump (my son was in the NICU for 9 weeks) so that I could just sleep in it. I don’t get up in the night any more but it still makes my life so much easier. I have the medela freestyle pump so I can clip my pump to my waist and get stuff done if I need to. This product is totally worth it if you pump even just once a day if you plan to do it for at least a couple months.

Did not work for me

My breastfeeding and pumping has been a painful experience (with many issues from blocked ducts, mastitis, thrush, vasospasms, milk blisters). In general my breasts have been extremely sore (our baby is now five months and they are still sore). I was hoping to use this product to be hands free while pumping. But due to my pain, it was extremely uncomfortable and more so a hassle to put on/off. This has just been sitting in our drawer and I gave up on using it after two painful attempts.

No lo necesitas realmente…

Puedes reemplazar este brasier por uno deportivo que ya no uses y hacerle 2 huecos. Es bonito y práctico, una vez ya lo tengas pero realmente no vale la pena gastar en algo así.

Jasmine Suffolk, VA

If you need it, it’s great

Ok, this thing looks awful, but if you are double-pumping, it is great to have your hands-free. Fabric is really nice – soft, thick, etc. Construction is spot on – it doesn’t slip, it comes with straps just in case, the velcro is very sticky and stable. I wear a 36/38 D and got the L/XL/XXL. There is plenty of room for a much larger lady to wear this size, but it fits me well.

Ines Canby, OR

My wife didn’t really liked it or used it

I bought this for my wife who is breastfeeding thinking that she can free up her hands and relax more (we all know how stressful breastfeeding can be). She used it for 2-3 times on the first few days but did not see her use it any longer. I asked her and she mentioned that it is taking her longer to pump with that on… We did not return it only due to the fact that my wife got to use it 2-3 times already

Brittney Sellers, SC

wasted money for me 🙁

i never used it! maybe it was too large when I bought it and I could never get it to fit exactly right. then I washed it and something happened to the velcro – waste of money for me!

Great product for working mom’s on the go.

I love my Simple Wishes pumping bra. I use it about 5 times a day with my Medela Pump and Go Advanced pump. It’s easy to put on and it fits snugly; I’m not afraid of my pump losing it’s suction. I can wear it to pump and get other things done at the same time, like putting on my makeup, styling my hair and surf the internet on my phone when it gets agonizingly boring from pumping! My only complaint is that the design is a little bulky. I wish it was more “undergarmet friendly” so that I could wear it under my normal work clothes. If they could combine a SPANX product style with this, it would be absolutely perfect.

Not used as much as I thought, just pop in your nursing tank instead

I bought this before I figured out that my Target nursing tank will easily hold my pump hands-free. I find that I never want to take the time to put this thing on, because it means I have to strip down completely from whatever I’m wearing. The product itself is fine for what it does, just don’t find it to be the best solution for hands free.
