Lots of Uses

I bought these when my baby outgrew the small SwaddleMe wraps, because they were much more multipurpose than the Velcro wraps. The large size makes it much easier to swaddle her compared to regular receiving blankets. I found it helpful to watch some YouTube videos to find the best swaddling technique for my active baby. I have also used these as a cover for her carseat, a nursing cover, burp cloth, and just a regular blanket. I find them plenty soft for my little one (I have the girl bugs set). I’ve gotten a ton of use out of these for the money!

Great for Summer

These blankets are lightweight and large – perfect for swaddling and using as a bucket or stroller cover to protect baby from the sun. I live in Phoenix, AZ and was worried about overheating my baby in the summer but still wanted to swaddle him. These are great because I feel like they are thin enough to still allow air flow. I like that they are bigger than most other receiving blankets as well because I can still swaddle his feet in with him at 3 months old when you can’t do that with the standard size ones.

Excellent Product

These blankets are very useful and durable. For hot days you can spread it out fully and only have 1 layer or fold it over for cooler days. The blankets are very big so you can fold it 4+ times and still cover your infant. I have washed mine multiple times and they are still going strong.

A must-have for newborns

We love these oversized muslin blankets for swaddling and sunshades. They’re not stretchy, so if you swaddle little one properly, they’re nigh inescapable.

Just okay

These are okay swaddling blankets-very lightweight and stretchy it seems. I think they is why she can break out of the swaddle easier

Soft Comfort

I purchased these blankets for my grandson. The designs on them are cute — perfect for a little boy! They are also soft and comfortable, not at all scratchy. I am very pleased with these blankets!

Nice size, less expensive than others, but not quite as soft

I purchased these as a less expensive alternative to the aden and anais blanket we were given as gifts. They are nice and the material seems of equal quality but they certainly lack the softness of aden and anais, particularly the printed ones. They aren’t so scratchy they might leave redness on a little ones skin, but I’m afraid they might be uncomfortable. We are currently using them as a thin cover for little one in his carseat when we must go out to the pediatrician and such during cold/flu season. I’m hoping they will soften with repeated washings.

nice light weight many uses

Great blankets and a terrific value so much more affordable over the more expensive brand. They are light weight great for summer I used them as a nursing cover on hot days. Nice and big perfect for swaddling even large babies. I have had for 9 months now still great condition and they are used daily

What is the point of receiving blankets when you can have these?

We quickly discovered this size blanket is the only size big enough to get a good swaddle. They are soft and lightweight, making them perfect on a warm day or layered over warm clothes.

Awesome blankets and a better price

In reading other reviews I was leary of buying these but I am glad that I did. They don’t wash to be identically soft as the Adian blankets but I still love them. Cute prints, half the price and they seem to be just as big. If you want to soften them up more just add baking soda to your wash and it’ll make them pretty soft. Will buy more if I can find them on the warehouse deals as I did last time.
