good value but certain drawbacks

I bought this set to finish off my baby registry thinking all the components will “grow with baby.”Since my baby is only 7 weeks old, I’ve only actually used the finger tip brush. I would give this a big thumbs down because it’s sooo BIG. I can barely fit it into my infant’s mouth and as soon as I put just a portion in, he started screaming madly. I’m not sure he wouldn’t have screamed with anything else but this brush really isn’t practical. And by the way, I have a small hand/fingers and the brush barely fit over my pointing finger. I know, I want a smaller brush but am complaining about it being too small right? As a new mom, I would think they could make a smaller one for say the pinky finger… or have the brush part sort of strap onto the finger so you don’t end up bulking up the finger. Sort of like a finger-tip brush ring. While I haven’t used the other brushes yet, I really do like the little stand that holds the brushes upright. Overall, I think it’s a good value but pass on it if you’re specifically looking for something to use on a newborn/infant.Lastly, the pouch that comes with it is a super cheap plastic thing. I almost accidentally threw it away because it was folded up in the back of the box. Not sure why they even include it because it really wouldn’t be useful for anything other than maybe packing away 1 brush ?

Not worth it…

I bought this tooth brush kit and really don’t use it. The toothbrush bristles are too hard. The finger brush is ok. My son did enjoy chewing on the other two items when he was teething. I still use the toothbrush stand even now that I bought a new better toothbrush, but everything else hit the trash.

A baby essential

My best friend is a dentist and she got us this gift for our first son. We liked it so much that we got it for our second son too. My dentist friend says it is important to brush the baby’s teeth even when all they have are gums in order to stimulate them and keep them clean. The stand for the toothbrush is cute. It’s true that we used the other parts of the set a lot less and true that my son mostly chewed on the two hard toothbrushes, but it is still a good purchase.

Great for beginners!

This is a great beginner set. Comes with a finger brush, bristle brush, and rubber brush. Our little guy liked the rubber tipped brush to massage his gums as his teeth were coming through. Now we have a bristle brush to graduate to without buying something else. Great set for the money.Don’t forget to set your toothbrushes as far away from the toilet as possible (or in a drawer) to avoid airborne germs from flushing the toilet!

great for baby so far

I got this when my son was about 10 months old and had 8 teeth. He was past the time to use the thumb brush so I haven’t used that. I am using the rubber brush for his front teeth. He likes when I brush his teeth but sometimes wants to bite the brush. This is fine since its rubber. I especially like the stand that comes with it. Would recommend to anyone with baby teeth to clean!

Great for following growth of baby

I love these toothbrushes. From gums, to two almost-teeth, to full blown 5-toothed mouth, my son has used each one of these toothbrushes. I really like them. The only thing that I dont like is the Holder. I wish it had a suction cup. it just balances and rests on the shelf. Best part is the finger toothbrush. The bristles are all so soft and long so you can get into those hard to reach places.

All-in-one

Perfect set of transitional toothbrushes! This is the most complete and most reasonably-priced toothbrush set I could find out there. I have used this for my older child and I was very satisfied. Now I got one for our next child.

my baby loves this!

we’ve used a few of the brushes and he loves them all! He even uses the hand held brush himself. We’ve been using these since his first teeth at about 8 months. Also the finger tip brush works great to apply orajel

Great set for the price

My 10 month old loves this set. She basically just chews on it, but that’s OK with me! It’s well made and a good price.

better options out there

The toddler toothbrush isn’t as soft as I expected. Probably better off getting a baby toothbrush made by OralB or some other brand that actually makes toothbrushes. The gum stimulator and infant toothbrush are useless…. I don’t get their concept personally. I’m only using the fingertip toothbrush out of this entire set.

Everything is good but the toothbrush

I like that it hold the brushes upright when not in use. The gum massagers work to sooth the little ones gums during teething. Once I got to using the toothbrush the product failed. The bristles just warp and after about a week the toothbrush is useless.

Love It!

My 7 month old son has 7 teeth and likes to gnaw on anything that gets put into his mouth, but with so many teeth, my husband and I really wanted to start brushing. This set is perfect. I can use the tools instead of a finger brush or piece of cloth (both wind up getting my finger smashed by strong gums) to clean his gums, then use the brush to lightly brush over his teeth. Is he getting a great clean? No, probably not, but he is getting used to the idea that we stick stuff in our mouth to clean our teeth which will be useful as he gets older. And to my mind, at least we are getting a little water in there to rinse off the sugars of the day. Not a perfect solution by any stretch, but definitely better than nothing.
