Bought these cups based on the good reviews and the price. They are ok although you can not use the handle and the cover at the sam time. Also, if your LO has already teeth the spout is going to be all scratched up, I am just worried abt pieces of plastic that e may scratch off and ingest … Not sure if other hard spout cups have the same problem because I haven’t tried other yet …
Pretty good but not for 1st sippy cup
This is a pretty good sippy cup. I ordered them for my daughter. It took her a while to learn to hold it. the only bad part was that juice comes out when she holds it upside down. however she throws it all over the place and it stays shut. so im going to save them til she learns how to hold it good.
My daughter really likes these sippy cups but she did not like the handle so we just took them off. They spill a little but work well for first sippy cups.
First cup my son managed to drink from easily.
handles tough to get in and off
These cups are great to have around. Inexpensive yet very functional. The only thing I don’t like about these is that the handles are really tough to get on and off.
Impossible to open!
These cups are impossible to put together and take apart w/the handles. There are little ledges that hold the handles in place over the lid. I had to take a knife to pry it up to take it apart. These are also not leak proof. Milk ran all down my daughters shirt. Stupid pc of crap cups! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!
Great, cheap cups
These cups are great cheap cups for on the go, you really don’t have to worry about it when you lose one. Also, if you’re looking for a lid, theThe First Years 6 Count Take & Toss Snack Cups, 4.5 Ouncelids fit these cups perfectly. My daughter didn’t really like these at home though, she prefers theGerber Graduates Nuk Ultimate Cup Hard Spout Dots-10 Oz 2 Pk- Girls.
Take, Toss or maybe even save?
These cups are great! They are lightweight and work well. The handles can be used or removed for a variety of gripping needs. The tops stay on even when dropped. The quality is great, even for a "disposable" cup.
Good sippy cup for my 8 month old
I bought these after buying several more expensive sippy cups that my daughter refused to drink from and these are a hit with her. I don’t use the handles because she doesn’t have a problem holding onto the full cup at 8 months. I love that for this price even it comes with several cups. I keep one by her high chair and one in my diaper bag at all times. The one downside (which is actually why I think my daughter likes these better) is they are not leak proof. She likes that because she doesn’t have to suck quite as hard to get the water out, but it also means if she drops it or it is loose in the diaper bag, it will leak. A friend of mine has some take and toss cups that have designs on them, and they came with a little topper thing to prevent leaks. This particular listing does not come with those tops. In the future, I would try to find the take and toss cups with the lid to prevent any leaks.
Hopefully will use once son is older
I bought the The First Years 16 Piece Take & Toss Infant Spoons and loved them! so i thought i would try another "The First Years" product.i bought these a little early hoping to teach our son how to use a sippy cup these. unfortunately, the mouth piece is hard and he hasn’t quit gotten the hang of it.however, that said, i think that he will be able to use the once he has mastered other suppy cups. i then plan to use these during travels so i don’t have to worry about losing his more expensive cups.
Bought for my daughter
I still have yet to try these sippy cups, but for the price, I still recommend trying them! I love that they have the handles for them to practice holding the cups themselves.
Cheap but awesome
I have a HUGE box of various sippy cups that were all very costly and these are the ones my daughter likes the best. If you are having trouble finding a good sippy cup you should definitely give these a chance. Can’t find a better deal!
FIVE cups but only THREE lids
Don’t know why but they don’t give you as many lids as cups? But overall they are as described. Take and toss. You won’t be upset if you left these or lost these somewhere. They wash well in the dishwasher and I’ve modified the spouts (made more holes) as my daughter has gotten older. Just wish we had more lids.
Perfect for small hands
My 7-month old was getting frustrated with the fancy Dr. Brown’s sippy cup with the spill proof valve. I tried drinking through that and realised I needed something simpler. These fit the bill. They are fairly spill proof, but if tipped completely up-side down they will spill some water from the spout. I am fine with that, as the design with 3 small holes on the spout and no valve makes is super easy for my son to get to the water. It’s very easy for him to hold these and drink.
