“Take and toss” sums it up perfectly
"Take and toss" sums it up perfectly — these are perfect for toddlers who are more interested in tool use than actually eating, and more to the point, toddlers who count "spear throwing" as "tool use"!PROS
• Bumpy, squeezy handles make for easy gripping
• Fun, mix-and-match colors
• Good valueCONS
• For actually coming into contact with food, the softish plastic concerns me somewhat. I will NOT be giving these to my toddler to use with warm foods or even for regular meals. Instead, I’m reserving them for picnics/outings and this specific stage at which she’s just playing with her food (not much eating it).
Good for learning toddlers
These spoons and forks are the perfect size for small hands. The shaped handle helps toddlers learn how to grip the spoon/fork and the bowl is big enough to hold food without being to big for small mouths.
Colorful & affordable flatware for toddlers
My twin toddlers love spoons and forks. They aren’t agile enough to use them to eat with just yet, but if they get their hands on a fork and remove it from the table, it becomes an instant toy. They hold up in the washer and are safe for little hands and mouths.
forks and spoons
LOVE these. They are just the right size for my 15 month old to hold. He has been using these for 5 months now, so they are durable for being a take and toss.
Easy learning how to use silverware with these! My nephew is 2 years old and these are easy to buy, and use a few times and throw out
Good plastic utensils
My daughter just turned one, and needed forks. The ones I had received for my baby shower are metal forks, and that doesn’t seem like a good idea for a toddler learning to feed herself! The utensils are great. I reuse without any issue. I think the quality is high enough that you don’t feel like you could toss it after one use! I definitely recommend!!!
Good for small hands
My son likes these because they’re shorter than the other spoons we had. The forks are also spork-like, so he can use them much more easily than a regular fork. I’ve washed them a few times and had no problems.
These didn’t work well for my child
My child had a really hard time using these as they are small and the forks don’t really pick up anything. i saw a lot of good reviews on this, but they didn’t work well for us.
Good travel spoons/forks
My little one has yet to master feeding himself with utensils but we bring these along to feed him when we’re out of the house. He also like to hold them while he eats. The forks work ok when I’m the one who’s spearing the food but I don’t know how well they work if he were to do it himself. I like how the back of the handles are curved/hollow so that they lay flat against each other – perfect for traveling. At first I thought it would be uncomfortable to use because of this but they aren’t.
Great spoons, ok forks
We love these spoons! They are a great toddler size you can actually get a few Cheerios on this spoon unlike the teeny baby spoons, yet small enough to fit a toddler mouth. I rate this product 4 stars because the forks aren’t great. They are hard to use to stab and pick up items like eggs and pancakes.
No more spoons!
I ordered these when my daughter started using forks, They do what they’re supposed to, more or less. I wish you could stick the forks into food more, and they were less like sporks. I also wish you could buy forks without spoons. I already had a ton of baby spoons when I got these, and really didn’t need any.
These are wonderful for diaper bag and at home. If you are out somewhere and lose it..no big deal. They are always nice to have in the diaper bag b/c you never know when your little one is going to need them!
I purchased these for my 21 month old. She loves them! They are very durable. And wash well in the dishwasher. Great for travel if you need to toss them not a waste of money.
Good to have extras for grandchildren and great grandchildren when they visit
We’re not talking about fine silverware here, but for the price they certainly serve the purpose. I think it is a good buy for the money though. I only wish they were just a little larger.
